المستخلص: لا ريب أن متغيرات القضية الفلسطينية، أو نوازلها، هي من المستجدات الكبرى التي حلت بأمة الإسلام، والتي تستوجب النفير الفقهي، والتصدي الاجتهادي لمواجهتها، وبيان الحكم الفقهي لها، وجمع كلمة الأمة حولها، وما التسليم للعدو الصهيوني بفلسطين، والاعتراف بشرعيته، والتطبيع مع المغتصبين، والتنسيق الأمني مع كيانه- الذي هو موطن بحثنا- إلا قضايا مصيرية تزلزل أركان الأمة، وتمس درتها فلسطين، وتنال من إسلامية المسجد الأقصى شقيق الحرمين، فضلا عن أنها تميع الأجيال، وتمتهن الكرامة الإسلامية، وتلغي الجهاد في سبيل الله. وتكمن أهمية الدراسة في ضرورة مواجهة الخضوع السلبي للواقع السياسي الفلسطيني في ظل حسابات موازين القوى الاستسلامية، والذي انبثق من منطلقات الضعف والهوان؛ بل والهرولة في استجداء الحقوق، مما أوقع القضية في حقل تجارب، أفرز سياسة بينة الخطل، عديمة الجدوى. ومن أهم نتائج الدراسة أن جوهر التنسيق الأمني، والتعاون العسكري، يعد انتهاكا لكل المقاصد الشرعية الكبرى، ومناقضا لعقيدة الولاء والبراء كفاحا، كما أنه انقلاب على الأعقاب، كما أن التفريط بالكفاح المسلح، والتخلي عن المقاومة، شكل سقوطا مدويا، وضربة قاضيه للذين باعوا دينهم بدنياهم، وقد غرتهم الأماني بأوهام ساقطة، فاستسلموا لحتمية الواقع، وضغط الحياة، وساروا في تيار الانهزامية المطلقة، وركبوا موجة الواقعية السياسية التبعية، وتنكروا لثوابت القضية ومسلماتها؛ بل وهاجموا الجهاد والمجاهدين.

There is no doubt that the variables of the Palestinian Issue and its calamities are among the major developments that have befallen the nation of Islam. Such challenges motivate the researchers to investigate and understand the juristic exhortation and jurisprudential response toward such developed proceedings, and how to confront such calamities by revealing the statement of the jurisprudential ruling on them. Hence, it declares the main jurisprudential principles related to these variables, and gathering the Islamic nation around this response. Thus, the study seeks to understand the Jurisprudential perspective associated with such variables related to the Palestinian Issue (i.e., recognising the Palestinian as the official Israeli State, Security Coordination with Zionist entity and the normalisation with it) as such cases are regarded as the core points affect the Palestinian issue since these calamities can shake the pillars of the nation, and undermine the importance of Al-Aqsa Mosque as an Islamic Site alongside the Holy Mosque. Further, it dilutes the coming generations, abuses Islamic dignity, and abolishes jihad for the sake of God. Thence, the current study attempts to show the importance of confronting the passive submission toward the Palestinian political situation, especially with the circumstance of peoples surrenders to the Israeli forces which lead the nations to the weakness and dishonour. Further, such capitulations lead the nation to rush for pleading the rights, and regarding the Palestinian issue as a field of experiments producing a flawed and useless policy. In essence, one of the most important results of the study exposes that the security coordination and military cooperation is considered as a violation of all major legitimate aims, and contradicts the doctrine of loyalty and innocence struggling the Islamic enemy. It is, further, regarded as a coup against its aftermath, as neglecting the armed struggle with the enemy as well as abandoning the resistance, it undermined it can lead to fatal defeat to those who are surrendered by the inevitability of reality and the pressures of life, and followed the trend of absolute defeatism, and rode the wave of political realism and subordination, and disavowed the foundations and axioms of the cause. They even attacked the jihad and the mujahideen
