هدفت الدراسة إلى رصد وتحليل لأهم المراحل الفاصلة للمتغيرات التكنولوجية المستخدمة في صناعة الأثاث الزجاجي في العصور الحديثة وتطورها وأثرها في تغيير نظام بنائية الشكل من خلال توصيف لأهم نظم بناء الشكل لوحدات الأثاث الزجاجي المختلفة، مع دراسة وتحديد أهم المتغيرات التكنولوجية لطرق إنتاج الأثاث الزجاجي يمكن رصد أثر التقدم التكنولوجي في إحداث وإضفاء قيم مضافة لتحقيق المتطلبات الوظيفية والجمالية للمنتج، وتمت الدراسة من خلال تحديد واستنباط لأهم المتغيرات التكنولوجية التي أثرت في تطور نظام بناء شكل وحدة الأثاث الزجاجي وهي كالتالي: 1. تكنولوجيا إنتاج الأثاث الزجاجى والتى تعتمد على (تطور طرق إنتاج مفردات ومكونات وحدة الأثاث الزجاجي- تطور أساليب وطرق إعادة تشكيل الزجاج حراريا). 2. تكنولوجيا الزخرفة والتلوين (طرق الطباعة والتلوين التقليدية- الطباعة الرقمية). 3. تكنولوجيا التقطيع (معدات التقطيع التقليدية- ماكينات القطع- القطع بالليزر- القطع بالدفع بالمياه). 4. تكنولوجيا التجميع. 5. تكنولوجيا تشطيب الخام (جلخ- شطف- تلميع). 6. تكنولوجيا التقوية. وصولا إلى تحديد أثر أهم تلك المتغيرات التكنولوجية والتي أثرت في تطور نظام بناء شكل وحدة الأثاث الزجاجي وما أحدثته من قيم مضافة لتحقيق المتطلبات الوظيفية والجمالية للمنتج.
This study aimed to analyze and monitor the most important separation stages of variable technology used in the manufacture of glass furniture in modern times and its development and effect in changing the structural shape system through the characterization and classification of the most important building systems of various glass furniture units. With studying and identifying the most important variables technological methods of glass furniture production, the effect of technological advances in making and providing added values to achieve the functional and aesthetic requirements of the product can be monitored. The study was through the identification, analysis and education of the most important technological changes that have affected the evolution of the glass furniture unit shape of are as follows: 1. Glass furniture production technology, which relies on (the production methods development of the glass furniture unit components and items- the methods and process’s development of glass fusing). 2. Decoration and painting technology (printing methods and traditional painting – digital printing 3. Cutting technology (traditional cutting equipment- cutting machines- laser cutting- cutting pay water “ water jet). 4. Assembly technology. 5. Crude finishing technology (grinding – polishing, etc.) 6. Strengthens technology to the way of determining the effect of the most important technological changes that influenced the glass furniture unit shape development, and their added value to achieve the functional and aesthetic requirements of the product. \
