هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة دور جامعة القدس المفتوحة في تنمية الإبداع لدى الطلبة من وجهة نظرهم, ومعرفة دور المتغيرات (الجنس, مكان السكن, الفرع, مستوى الدراسة) باستجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة نحو دور جامعة القدس المفتوحة في تنمية الإبداع لدى الطلبة. استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي لملاءمته طبيعة الدراسة مستخدما استبانة أعدها مكونة من خمس مجالات وزعت على عينة مكونة من (529) طالبا وطالبة في جامعة القدس المفتوحة/ فرع قلقيلية, وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج الرزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (Spss) وأظهرت النتائج ان معدل الاستجابات للدرجة الكلية على جميع المجالات كانت مرتفعة بدلالة النسبة المئوية(74.60%), وحاز مجال المجتمع المحلي على أعلى نسب الاستجابات, وتلاه مجال المناهج التعليمية, ثم مجال المدارس, ثم مجال الإدارة فمجال البيئة الجامعية. كما اظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α = 0.05) باستجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة نحو دور جامعة القدس المفتوحة في تنمية الإبداع لدى الطلبة تعزى لمتغير (الجنس), في حين لم توجد فروق على متغيرات الكلية, ومكان السكن, والمستوى الدراسي. وقد توجهت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات كان منها: - تشييد أبنية مناسبة مقننة وفق المعايير المواصفات المطلوبة. - انشاء مكتبات علمية تلبي حاجات الطلبة للبحث والتطوير. - إجراء دورات مستمرة وتدريب في الجامعات الاخرى داخل الوطن وخارجه. \
The aim of this study is to explore the role of Al-Quds Open University in the development of students' creativity; and find out the relationship of each of the variables (sex, Place of Residence, Branch, the level of study)responses members of the study sample toward quality management of the principals of the role of Al-Quds Open University in the development of students' creativity. The researcher used the descriptive methodology due to its relevance nature of the study , this method depended on a prepared questionnaire consisting of five fields and it was distributed to a sample of (529) male and female students in Al-Quds Open University Branch of Qalqilya, The data was analyzed using the Statistical Social Sciences Software (SPSS), and the results showed that the level of the role of Al-Quds Open University in the development of students' creativity was high, and which is indicated by the percentage of (74.60 %), The field of community constraints possessed the highest percentages of responses, followed by the field of Curriculum, then the field of the Faculty Member ,then the field of administration and finally the university environment. The results indicate that there were statistically significant differences in responses of the experimental group members to the variable of Sex, and no statistically significant differences in responses of the experimental group members to the variable of college, Place of Residence ,Branch, and level of study. The study has the following recommendations: - Construction of buildings rated according to appropriate standards and specifications required. - Create a scientific libraries meet the needs of students for research and development - Conduct ongoing training courses in other universities at home and abroad. \
