المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تعرف واقع استخدام المكتبات المدرسية في تفعيل العملية التدريسية من وجهة نظر عينة من مدرسي وطلبة المرحلة الثانوية في محافظة حماة في الجمهورية العربية السورية، وقد اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واتخذ الباحث من (الاستبانة) أداةً رئيسة لأخذ آراء أفراد عينة الدراسة المؤلفة من (142) مدرساً ومدرسة و (323) طالباً وطالبة. نتائج الدراسة: 1-لا يوجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات آراء الطلبة، ومتوسط درجات آراء المدرسين، حول دور المكتبة المدرسية في تفعيل العملية التدريسية. 2-لا يوجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات آراء المدرسين حول دور المكتبة المدرسية في تفعيل العملية التدريسية بحسب متغير التخصص (علمي –أدبي). 3-لا يوجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات آراء المدرسين حول دور المكتبة المدرسية تفعيل العملية التدريسية بحسب متغير المؤهل العلمي (معهد –إجازة –دبلوم). 4-يوجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط آراء الطلبة حول دور المكتبات المدرسية في تفعيل العملية التدريسية -بحسب متغير الجنس (ذكور –إناث). لصالح الطلبة. 5-يوجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات آراء عينة البحث من الطلبة، حول دور المكتبة المدرسية في تفعيل العملية التدريسية، بحسب متغير الصف الدراسي (عاشر -حادي عشر –بكلوريا)، لصالح صف الحادي عشر. \

This study aimed to know the reality of using school libraries in the activation of the teaching process from the viewpoint of a sample of teachers and secondary school students in the governorate of Hama in Syrian Arab Republic, the study had adopted the descriptive analytical approach, the researcher took a main tool of (questionnaire) for the views study sample consisting of (142) as a teacher and (323) students. Results of the study: 1 - There is no statistically significant difference between the average scores of the views of students, and the average score for the views of teachers, about the role of the school library in the activation of the teaching process. 2 - There is no statistically significant difference between the average scores of teachers' views on the role of the school library in the activation of the teaching process variable according to specialization (scientific, literature). 3 - There is no statistically significant difference between the average scores of teachers' views on the role of the school library in the activation of the teaching process, according to variable Qualification (Institute - leave - Diploma). 4 - There is statistically significant difference between the average students' views about the role of school libraries in the activation of the teaching process - according to the variables of gender (male , female). For the benefit of students. 5 - There is statistically significant difference between the average scores of the views of the research sample of students, about the role of the school library in the activation of the teaching process -, according to a class variable (tenth - XI - baccalaureate), for the eleventh row. . The main research proposals need to put appropriate educational plans to develop school libraries in addition to the establishment of training courses and seminars for teachers, and set aside time during the school day to use the school library by students. \
