المستخلص: to measure the effectiveness of a training program based on design thinking in the development of creative thinking skills in talented students in Tabuk city. The researcher used in the study quasi-experimental approach. The study population consisted of all gifted students (second level) in the gifted care program at public schools in Tabuk primary school, with a number (18) program in the teaching schools of Tabouk. Then two of those classes were chosen (18), by a simple random manner, and the choice fell on Prince Fahd bin Sultan compound Elementary School and Abbad ibn Bishr elementary school in the northern side of Tabuk city. to achieve the objectives of the study the following tools will be used Torrance Test of Creative Thinking (formal Part photo). And Training program based on Design Thinking. The researcher applied (Torrance) Test on the experimental and control groups previously; then applied the training program on the experimental group, while did not apply it to the control group. After the end of training period, Torrance test was applied on the experimental and control groups dimensionally, it has been analyzing the results of the study statistically using the software (SPSS); by employing the combined variance analysis test (ANCOVA), and calculate averages, and the values of the standard deviation, and the interaction between these groups. The study reveals on the presence of statistically significant differences at the significance level (α = 0.05) between the experimental and control groups for the experimental group; this indicates the effectiveness of the training program based on design thinking in the development of creative thinking skills (fluency, flexibility, originality, detail) among students gifted in Tabuk. The study recommended Adoption of a training program used in this study, as one option for the development of creative thinking skills among talented students.

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى قياس فاعلية برنامج تدريبي قائم على التفكير التصميمي في تنمية مهارات التفكير الإبداعي لدى الطلاب الموهوبين في مدينة تبوك. حيث تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع الطلاب الموهوبين (المستوى الثاني) في برنامج رعاية الموهوبين بمدارس التعليم العام بمنطقة تبوك بالرحلة الابتدائية، بعدد (18) فصلا بمدارس تعليم تبوك. ومن ثم تم اختيار فصلين من تلك الفصول (18) بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة، وقد استخدم الباحثان في الدراسة المنهج التجريبي بالتصميم شبة التجريبي. وتحقيقا لأهداف الدراسة تم استخدم اختبار تورنس للتفكير الإبداعي (الجزء الشكلي الصورة ب). وبرنامج تدريبي قائم على التفكير التصميمي. وكشفت الدراسة عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α=0.05) بين المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة لصالح المجموعة التجريبية؛ وهذا يشير إلى فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي القائم على التفكير التصميمي في تنمية مهارات التفكير الإبداعي (الطلاقة، والمرونة، والأصالة، والتفاصيل) لدى الطلاب الموهوبين في منطقة تبوك. وفي ضوء تلك النتيجة أوصت الدراسة باعتماد البرنامج التدريبي المستخدم في هذه الدراسة، كأحد الخيارات لتنمية مهارات التفكير الإبداعي لدى الطلاب الموهوبين.
