|a إن دور المكتبات وخدمات المعلومات للأطفال في الجزائر لا يزال يتفقد إلى العناية التي يستحقها، والقراءة ليس لها أولوية بالمجتمع. إذا كان النظام التربوي في البلد يعرف تغيرات وتعديلات لمواجهة العقبات، فإنه يجد صعوبة للتموقع جيداً في القضاء الفكري، وفرض قوته على دعم التطور والابتكار. \ تساؤلات عدة تطرح. ما هي الوضعية الحالية لهذه المؤسسات الوثائقية؟ وهل هناك سياسة ثقافية تشجع ترقية مكتبات الأطفال؟ ما مدى مساهمة هذه الأخيرة في التطور التربوي والثقافي للبلد؟ هل هناك آفاق جديدة واعدة بالنسبة إلى هذه المؤسسات؟.
|b The role of children's library and Information services in Algeria has not yet got the consideration that it deserves. Reading is not recognized as a priority. The educational system knows several reforms and revisions to confront various difficulties, but has not yet been able to impose itself as a fundamental pillar for development and innovation. Different questions are raised: What is the real situation of these institutions? Does the cultural policy in the country encourage the promotion of these libraries? Do they really contribute to the educational and cultural development of the Algerian society ? Are there ambitious perspectives for these informational services?
|d Le role des bibliothèques et services d'information pour enfants en Algerie n'est pas encore reconnu a sa juste valeur. La lecture, pour sa part, n'est pas une priorite. Le systeme educatif connait beaucoup de reformes et de revisions pour faire face aux difficultes, mais n'arrive pas a se positionner comme pilier de base pour tout developpement et pour toute innovation. Beaucoup de questions se posent: Quelles est actuellement la situation \ reelle de ces institutions ? Y-a-t-il une politique culturelle qui encourage la promotion de ces bibliotheques dans la societe Algerienne ? Est-ce qu'elles contribuent effectivement au developpement educatif et culturel du pays? Quelle sont les perspectives ambitieuses de ces services inform a tionnels ?
