يصدر البحث عن فرضية علمية قائمة على تجربة عملية تتعلق بظاهرة ضعف التعبير الأدبي عند الشباب في الوقت المعاصر ولهذه الظاهرة أسباب ومقدمات كثيرة منها ذاتية نفسية وأخرى عامة سياقية، يتبنى هذا البحث إعادة النظر في التقنيات التقليدية المتبعة في تنمية التعبير الأدبي الجميل وتطويره واثرائه، وهل ما زالت هذه التقنيات القديمة قادرة على معالجة ظاهرة الضعف في الكتابة الأدبية والصمود بوجه متغيرات الحياة المعاصرة التي يتأثر بها الفرد المعاصر، ولاسيما الشباب منهم في عصر تغيرت مهيمناته الثقافية والتقنية؟ هل ثمة حاجة إلى نقد وتحديث هذه التقنيات ما دامت ضعيفة الجدوى في معالجة ظاهرة الضعف التعبيري التي نراها تستشري في طبقة الطلبة والشباب مما اضطرهم في مادة التعبير في المراحل الدراسية إلى اعتماد نصوص انشائية جاهزة من الانترنيت وحفظها والامتحان بها؟ أم نستمر على التقنيات ذاتها برغم ضعف جدواها الإجرائية، ونكرر الإجراءات نفسها ونريد في الوقت نفسه الحصول على نتائج مختلفة؟ هل توجد تجارب عالمية يمكن الاستضاءة بها وتمثل معطياتها النظرية ومحاولة تطبيع ذلك على مشكلتنا المحلية؟ هل يمكن اجتراح طرق وتقنيات مغايرة نابعة من نمط ثقافتنا تفيد من علوم مجاورة ومن أهمها معطيات علم النفس وعلوم التنمية الذاتية في تحديث تقنيات التعبير الأدبي؟ وفي هذا الشأن لا يمكن أن يغني الجانب العلمي عن العملي، فإعطاء الأمثلة والتدريبات العملية التي تنبع من الدرس التربوي النبوي الذي يرى أن من يعلم الصيد أفضل ممن يعطي السمك الجاهز.. وكثير من الاستنتاجات في هذه الورقة تم اختبارها على مجموعة من الطلبة والمتدربين لفحص جدواها العملية. على وفق هذه التساؤلات تتأسس فرضية البحث الذي تمت هيكلته على النحو الآتي: المهاد النظري: في أهمية فكرة تطوير مهارات التعبير الأدبي. المبحث الأول: التقنيات التقليدية في تنمية التعبير الأدبي. المبحث الثاني: التقنيات المقترحة لتطوير التعبير الأدبي بالإفادة من علم النفس والتنمية الذاتية ثم قطاف البحث واستشرافاته وثبت الهوامش بضمنها المصادر
