|b Praise to Allah and peace be on his messenger, This research came in two chapters. Before that there is a preliminary chapter that I allocated to clarify the linguistic meanings which are understood from the material of( effort) ; it can be gathered in : doing more than one’s best, energy, achieving the hardship and fighting. I stoped in front of the Quranic uce of the material and the concept. It’s uce of jihad in many other new meanings like : hardworking, patience, purification of the self and charity. In the first chapter I talked about the stages of legislating jihad from the stage when Allah ordered his mesenger peace be upon him to answer the infidels hurt with patience, charity and educating his sahaba before his permission to fight, but it wasn’t obligatory In the second stage in Almadina to get rid of the injustice. And after, the third stage in which Allah legislated jihad on Muslums to defence without assault, but in the fourth stage, I indicated the meaning of legislating jihad of demand and the circumstances that required it to correct the wrong understanding of it. Concerning the defence jihad, itwas clear that it is related to self-defense, width, fortune and land at the time of attack. In the second chapter, I showed the effect of the levels of jihad against radicalism, starting with the stage of satan jihad via the reform of the soul. Then, the jihad of tongue that depends on proactivity and advice. It guids the Islamic call through wisdom and good debates. After that, I indicated the place of jihad with money and it’s effect on radicalism as well as I tackled the effect of jihad of defence and fighting for the sake of Allah against the claims of radicalism through showing its controls, conditions and purposes, as itwas handled by the book of Islamic Heritage, which is in the form of being under the guardian’s power and it must be for the sake of Allah with its controls and conditions.
