|a علم التفسير وإن كان أقدم العلوم الإسلامية منذ نشأة الإسلام، إلا أنه على الرغم من ذلك يستمد من علوم شتى، منها: علم أصول الفقه، فلا بد لمن أراد أن يقدم على تفسير كتاب الله -عز وجل -أن يكون على علم ودراية ودراسة بعلم أصول الفقه، وأن يقف على اختلاف علماء الأصول في دلالات الألفاظ، وأنواع المفهوم، والناسخ والمنسوخ، والعام والخاص...، وما إلى ذلك. والبحث يتناول دراسة عن مفهومي الشرط والصفة كقسمين من أقسام مفهوم المخالفة، والذي هو القسم الثاني من أقسام دلالات الألفاظ عند جمهور الأصوليين وأثر هذين المفهومين عند المفسرين. وقد جاء هذا البحث كمحاولة للمزاوجة بين علمي أصول الفقه والتفسير.

|b The science of interpretation Although the oldest Islamic science since the emergence of Islam, but it nonetheless derives from various sciences, including: the science of the fundamentals of jurisprudence, it is necessary for those who wanted to submit to the interpretation of the book of God – the Almighty - to be aware Jurisprudence, and that stands on the difference of scholars in the semantics, the types of concept, the transcriber and copied, and public and private..., and so on. The research deals with a study on the concepts of condition and adjective as two sections of the concept of the offense, which is the second section of the semantics sections of the fundamentalist audience and the impact of these concepts when interpreters. This research came as an attempt to pair the scientific principles of jurisprudence and interpretation.
