المستخلص: This research explains the subject of modernization of public administration, which is the process of adapting the administrative structure with the scientific, technological and informatic progress and the developments that occur in the society as a whole in order for the state to perform its functions properly. The problem of our research is to know the pillars of the modernization process and its application within the Ministry of Finance.

Cette recherche évoque le thème de la modernisation de l’administration publique qui est une opération concernant l’adaptation de la structure administrative au progrès scientifique, technologique et informatique et aux changements qui affectent la société en vue du bon fonctionnement de l’Etat. La problématique de notre sujet s’intéresse à reconnaître les fondements de modernisation et l’entendue de leur application au sein du ministère des finances.
