This article aims to provide some new elements of reflexion about - The training of the elites - by the Moroccan higher education. It is a family and school training, but more important, it is a complex resulting of a colonial heritage left by Lawtey’s policy at the time of the French protectorate. The main goal of this policy was to promote Moroccan elite, by avoiding the French education system for the popular class, and encouraging the elites and the leaders of a several fields who have a culturel and social capital. Cet article vise à apporter de nouveaux éléments de réflexion sur «la formation des élites» par l'enseignement supérieur au Maroc, qu'elle est à la fois familiale et scolaire. Mais avant, elle est la résultante complexe d’un héritage colonial de la politique de Lyautey au moment de protectorat, qui visait surtout à promouvoir une élite marocaine en évitant le système éducatif français pour la classe populaire, et la favoriser pour l’élite des notables et des milieux dirigeants dotant d’un capital culture et sociale. |
