Abstract: من مميزات التشريع العقابي في الإسلام شموله جميع أنواع العقوبات الجسدية، والمالية، والاجتماعية، والنفسية إلى غير ذلك من المجالات، واستخدامه الأسلوب الأنفع والأصلح والأنسب لطبيعة الجاني، ونوع الجريمة، ومن ثم تنوعت العقوبات بتنوع الأشخاص، فهناك من الأشخاص ما تكفيه وتردعه العقوبة النفسية، بل قد تكون العقوبة النفسية والاجتماعية أشد عليه من العقوبة الجسدية؛ لأن الشعور الفطري للإنسان بالتآلف والتعاون والتوافق مع المجتمع من الأهمية بمكان للإنسان، بل إن إحساس الإنسان بأن المجتمع ينظر إليه بعين النبذ والتبرؤ يجعله يفكر ألف مرة ومرة في ارتكاب الجريمة. والتطهير المجتمعي للمخطئ وتطهير المجتمع ذاته من الخطأ عن طريق المقاطعة الاجتماعية والاقتصادية من العقوبات المهمة والفعالة، كما أنها من أقوى الأسلحة السليمة والفعالة على مدار التاريخ في وقف الظلم والتعدي، والمقاطعة الاجتماعية والاقتصادية من أكثر العقوبات التي تتناسب مع بعض الجرائم مع العصر الحديث عصر الاقتصاد والتجارة ووسائل التواصل.

One of the advantages of Islamic punishment legislation, is that it is comprehensive of all types of punishment; physical, financial social and psychological as well as other aspects of punishment Islamic legislation adopts the most helpful and the most suitable for a guilty person and according to the type of the crime. Thus there are a variety of punishments to suit individual differences: for some cases a psychological punishment can deter and is sufficient for them. Besides, psychological and social punishment for so people can be harder than physical punishment. It is natural that normal person needs to be acceptable, cooperative and in harmony with the society he lives in. Moreover, being isolated and banished is a strong deterrent. Strict isolation and boycott, social or economic, is an effective method of punishment, secondly, boycott has been proved effective at all ages. Boycott is also appropriate for some crimes at the modern time, age of mass trading, economy and communication.
