المستخلص: The phenomenon of illegal migration and displacement is a serious threat to all countries in a way that affects and is reflected in the policies of countries as a result of the loss of human resources. The international community aims to deal in an integrated manner with the phenomena related to the movements of individuals (illegal migration, asylum, internal displacement) Poor living conditions of illegal immigration from countries where they reside to other countries with forged travel documents and documents. . Internal displacement is one of the survival mechanisms in cases where people are forced to leave places under threat (wars, natural disasters, etc.). Most of the internally displaced live in conditions far from the minimum human subsistence, in a situation characterized by insecurity and lack of access to subsistence and to promote the protection of victims’ rights. The international community has signed several international agreements; the most important being the Protocol against the Smuggling of Migrants by Land, Air and Air, supplementing the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime in 2000. , The Guiding Principles on Internal Displacement in 1998 to attract global attention to the urgent needs of internally displaced persons.
