عنوان الدراسة: ممارسة مديرات مدارس التعليم العام لمهارات إدارة الأزمات المدرسية من وجهة نظر المديرات والمعلمات بمدينة مكة المكرمة. \\\\ أهداف الدراسة: \\\\ ١-التعرف على مدى ممارسة المديرات لمهارات إدارة الأزمات المدرسية والمتمثلة في: مهارة مواجهة الضغوط، مهارة التفكير الابتكاري، مهارة الاتصال، مهارة تنمية روح الفريق، مهارة إدارة الوقت، من وجهة نظر مجتمع الدراسة من المديرات والمعلمات في مدارس التعليم العام للبنات بمدينة مكة المكرمة. \\\\ ٢-الكشف عن الفروق بين مجتمع الدراسة، حول مدى ممارسة المديرات لمهارات إدارة الأزمات في مدارس التعليم العام للبنات بمدينة مكة المكرمة تبعا: الوظيفة، المرحلة التعليمية، والمؤهل العلمي، الخبرة في مجال التعليم. \\\\ ٣- الكشف عن الفروق بين أراء المديرات، حول مدى ممارستهن لمهارات إدارة الأزمات في مدارس التعليم العام للبنات بمدينة مكة المكرمة تبعا: الخبرة في مجال الإدارة المدرسية، حضور الدورات التدريبية في الإدارة المدرسية، عدد الدورات التدريبية في الإدارة المدرسية، حضور الدورات التدريبية في إدارة الأزمات المدرسية، عدد الدورات التدريبية في إدارة الأزمات المدرسية. \\\\ منهجية الدراسة وإجراءاتها: استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي المسحي؛ لتحليل النتائج وتفسير البيانات والتي تضمنت إجراءاته تصميم استبانة تحتوي على خمس مهارات كالتالي (مواجهة الضغوط، التفكير الابتكاري، الاتصال، تنمية روح الفريق والعمل الجماعي، إدارة الوقت). طبقت على عينة من مديرات ومعلمات مدارس التعليم العام، وقد تمت معالجة البيانات بواسطة الحزمة الإحصائية (spss)، حيث استخدمت التكرارات والنسب المئوية والمتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية واختبار تحليل التباين الأحادي واختبار ت. \\\\ أهم نتائج الدراسة: \\\\ * إن ممارسة مديرات مدارس التعلم لمهارات إدارة الأزمات المدرسية من وجهة نظر مجتمع الدراسة من المديرات كانت بدرجة (كثيرا) لمهارتي إدارة الوقت والتفكير الابتكاري، وبدرجة (كثيرا جدا) لمهارة مواجهة الضغوط، ومهارة تنمية روح الفريق والعمل الجماعي، ومهارة الاتصال. \\\\ ((ممارسة مديرات مدارس التعليم العام لمهارات إدارة الأزمات المدرسية من وجهة نظر المديرات والمعلمات بمدينة مكة المكرمة)). \\\\ -إن ممارسة مديرات مدارس التعليم لمهارات إدارة الأزمات المدرسية من وجهة نظر مجتمع الدراسة من المعلمات كانت بدرجة (كثيرا). \\\\ * وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوي (0.05) بين إجابات مجتمع الدراسة من المديرات والمعلمات، حول مدى ممارسة مديرات مدارس التعليم العام لمهارات إدارة الأزمات المدرسية ترجع إلى الوظيفة وكانت هذه الفروق لصالح المديرة. \\\\ * وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين إجابات مجتمع الدراسة من المديرات والمعلمات حول مدى ممارسة مديرات مدارس التعليم العام لمهارات إدارة الأزمات المدرسية ترجع إلى المرحلة التعليمية وكانت هذه الفروق لصالح المرحلة المتوسطة. \\\\ * لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين إجابات مجتمع الدراسة من المديرات والمعلمات، حول مدى ممارسة مديرات مدارس التعليم العام لمهارات إدارة الأزمات المدرسية ترجع إلى المؤهل العلمي والخبرة في مجال التعليم. \\\\ * لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين إجابات مديرات مدارس التعليم العام، حول مدى ممارستهن لمهارات إدارة الأزمات المدرسية ترجع إلى متغير الخبرة في مجال الإدارة المدرسية، وحضور دورات تدريبية في الإدارة المدرسية، وعدد الدورات التدريبية في الإدارة المدرسية وحضور دورات تدريبية في إدارة الأزمات المدرسية.
Objectives: These cover the following: \\\\ 1-know the extent to which female principals practice school crisis management skills, such as those pertaining to handling pressures, usage of creative thinking, employment of communication, developing team spirit, and time management from the viewpoint of study population, which comprised female principals and teachers of the Government General Education schools for girls .in the city of Makkah. \\\\ 2- Find out differences among the study population subjects as to the extent at which female principals of the Government General Education schools for girls in the city of Makkah practice school crises management skills, based on the variables of job, education stage, academic qualification and experience in education. \\\\ 3-Find out differences among the opinions of the study population subjects as to what extent are female principals of the Government General Education schools for girls in the city of Makkah practicing school crises management skills, based on the variables of experience in school management, attendance of refresher courses focusing on school management, numbers of school management courses attended, attendance of refresher courses on school crisis management and numbers of refresher courses on school crisis management attended. \\\\ Methodology and procedures: In this study, which consists of five chapters, the descriptive survey method was used to analyze the results and interpret the data. Employed procedures included construction of a questionnaire, containing the following five skills: (handling pressures, usage of creative thinking, employment of communication, developing team work, time management). The questionnaire was given to be completed by a sample of female principals of the Government General Education schools for girls in the city of Makkah. Furthermore, data were processed by SPSS where frequencies, percentages, arithmetic means, standard deviations and mono¬variance analysis test were effectively used.. \\\\ The most important findings: \\\\ o The practice of female principals of the Government General Education schools of for the skills of the school crisis management was of (high degree) from the viewpoint of the study population for the two skills of time management and employment of creative thinking and of (very high degree) for the skills of handling pressures, developing team spirit, promoting teamwork and usage of communication. \\\\ *The practice of female principals of the Government General Education schools for the skills of the school crisis management was of (high degree) from the viewpoint of the female teachers of the study population. \\\\ *There are statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05), which are attributed to job and in favor of principals, among the answers of the study population of female principals and teachers as regards the extent to which female principals of the Government General Education schools practiced school crisis management skills. There are no statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05), which were attributed to the education stage and in favor of the intermediate stage, among the answers of the study population of female principals and teachers as regards the extent to which the female principals of the Government General Education schools practiced school crisis management skills. \\\\ *There are no statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05), which were attributed to the academic qualification and experience in education, among the answers of the study population of female principals and teachers as regards the extent to which female principals of the Government General Education schools practiced school crisis management skills. \\\\ *There are no statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05), which were attributed to the variables of experience in school management, attendance of refresher courses on school management, numbers of refresher courses attended on school management, and attendance of refresher courses in school crisis management, among the answers of the female principals as regards the extent to which female principals of the Government General Education schools practiced school crisis management skills.
