Meanwhile starting new investigation with a psycholinguistics approach, the reader will be astonished at what has happened with some rulers in the issues of punishments, not legal punishment but a kind of evilness in the relationship of the ruler and his victim. Some of this rulers were very famous by theirs war efforts and by their acts in the development of both the state and the society. In the same time, there were very tolerant and caring about minorities, foreigners, deprived people and women.
