تتناول هذه الدراسة عارض التقديم والتأخير بين عناصر الجملة الاسمية في القرآن الكريم محاولة تبيين مفهومها وأهميتها؛ إذ يعد التقديم والتأخير وسيلة من وسائل إنتاج المعنى ويخضع لقصدية المتكلم، وأرادته في التعبير عن المعاني الكامنة في داخله وما يريد إيصاله؛ لذلك تراه أكثر خضوعا للمعنى؛ لأن بناء الجملة في اللغة له أنماط معينة، أما الاختيار والطريقة فهما خاضعان لقصدية المتكلم بهدف غرض بلاغي أو إبلاغي؛ فكل اختلاف في ترتيب الجملة يترتب عليه اختلاف في المعنى كما أن الترتيب وأهميته في أداء المعنى خاضع للسياق ودلالته على الموقف الوارد فيه. فتتحدد الغاية من التقديم والتأخير بحسب المراد من الكلام فقد يكون للعناية والاهتمام، أي: ما قدمته كنت به أعنى، ولربما كان للاختصاص، وليس معنى الاهتمام تقديم ما هو أفضل وأشرف، بل قد يكون تقديم المفضول هو موطن الاهتمام، فالقرآن الكريم لا يقدم أو يؤخر على حساب المعنى، بل إن التقديم والتأخير كله يراعى فيه جانب اللفظ والمعنى. والمتكلم يقدم ويؤخر ويرتب ألفاظه بحسب معانيه دون أن يخضع لنظام اللغة؛ لأنه يعمد إلى الحرية في التعبير بغية إيصال معانيه إلى المتلقي، وهذا يتيح له الخروج على الأصل المقرر اتساعا لا شذوذا، وهو ما نسميه عوارض الجملة. وقد قسم البحث إلى ثلاثة أقسام وهي: عارض تقديم الخبر على المبتدأ، وعارض تقديم خبر الأفعال الناقصة على اسمها، وعارض تقديم خبر الأحرف المشبهة على اسمها، وجاءت الدراسة وفقا لما وجدته من شواهد تمثله في القران الكريم، وما لبعض النحاة في مسائله من خلافات، محاولا بسط الآراء ما أمكن.

Because the syntax in the language has certain patterns, as for the choice and the method, it is subject to the intention of the speaker for a rhetorical or informative purpose; Each difference in the order of the sentence entails a difference in the meaning, just as the arrangement and its importance in performing the meaning is subject to the context and its indication of the position contained in it. .The purpose of the presentation and the delay is determined according to the intent of the speech. The presentation is related to the positions. The presentation and the delay may be due to the care and attention, that is: what you presented I mean, and maybe it was for the competence, and the interest does not mean to provide what is better and more honorable. Take into account the aspect of pronunciation and meaning. And the speaker introduces, delays and arranges his words according to their meanings without submitting to the language system; Because it intends to freedom of expression in order to convey its meanings to the recipient, and this allows him to deviate from the original established expansion rather than an anomaly, which is what we call the symptoms of the sentence.
