|a تعتبر الهياكل الاجتماعية الجديدة التي ظهرت في المجتمع الجزائري شكل من أشكال التغير الاجتماعي الذي مس بنى الأسرة الجزائرية والتي تغيرت من شكل إلى شكل عبر مراحل تطورها وقد صاحب هذا التطور في الأشكال والبنى تغير في القيم التي تنظم وتحكم نظام الأسرة وتعبر النماذج الجديدة للأسرة عن البنية الجديدة للعائلة وما صاحبها من تغيرات. وقد كان لهذا التغير الاجتماعي من الشكل المحافظ إلى الشكل التقليدي تأثير بالغ الأثر على تغير النظم والقوانين التي تحكم هذه البنى والنماذج الجديدة إذ كان أمر حتمي أن تتغير منظومة القوانين التي تؤطر المجتمع إلا أن تأثير هذه القوانين قد امتد أثره إلى تغير القيم الموجودة في المجتمع حيث لعبت القوانين والنظم التي اتبعتها الجزائر خاصة في مجال الأسرة دور كبير في تحديد نظام القيم السائدة وانسحب هذا التأثير إلى التأثير على النموذج الأسري السائد في الجزائر.
