|a يحظى موضوع التعليم الخاص في الجزائر باهتمام كبير خاصة في ظل التنامي المتزايد لعدد المتمدرسين في المدارس الحكومية من جهة وظهور الحاجة الملحة إلى تعليم يوفر الاستقرار والراحة لأولياء التلاميذ من حيث توفير النوعية وتنظيم الوقت الذي يحول في كثير من الأحيان دون قضاء الأولياء لانشغالاتهم المستمرة على مدار اليوم كل هذه الأسباب أدت إلى استبعاد التعليم الحكومي واستبداله بالتعليم الخاص لكن رغم ذلك تطرح إشكالية الرقابة من طرف الوزارة الوصية على مؤسسات التعليم الخاصة ومدى حدود هذه الرقابة من حيث التأثير على مردودية التعليم من جهة والتأثير على الهدف الذي أنشئت من أجله وهو التفرد والاستقلالية والتميز.

|b The subject of private education in Algeria receives great attention, especially in light of the increasing number of teachers in public schools on the one hand, and the emergence of an urgent need for an education that provides stability and comfort to the parents of pupils in terms of providing quality and time management that prevents in discrimination of times without the guardians spending their continuing concerns Throughout the day, all these reasons have led to the exclusion of public education and its replacement with private education, but despite this the problem of oversight by the guardian ministry of private education institutions and the extent of the limits of this control in terms of affecting the cost-effectiveness of education on the one hand and the impact on the goal that was established in the best way. And it is uniqueness, independence and distinction.
