"الحمد لله ربّ العالمين والصلاة والسلام على أشرف الأنبياء والمرسلين، سيدنا محمد – صلى الله عليه وسلم-وبعد ....... من تيسير الله على عباده أن جعلهم على أفهام متفاوتة، لكل قدرات تجعله يختلف عن غيره، قال تعالى: (وَلَوْ شَاءَ رَبُّكَ لَجَعَلَ النَّاسَ أُمَّةً وَاحِدَةً وَلا يَزَالُونَ مُخْتَلِفِينَ) (1) (هود: 118)، فأكسب بعضهم دقة نظر وعمق فهم وقدرة على التحليل، وجعل آخرين على أقل من ذلك أو أكثر، فذو الفهم العميق له نصيب في إثارة المسائل، وفتح أبواب الاحتمالات، وغيره يكتفي بفهم ظاهر ولا يزيد، وكل ذلك فتح أبوابا متعددة زادته عوامل معينة اتساعا، ومنها اختلاف الأصوليين في تقسيم الخبر إلى ظني الدلالة وقطعي الدلالة، فأدى بدوره إلى فتح أبواب مسائل أخرى مبنية على استدلالات، قد يراها كل من زاويته راجحة."
"Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds, and may His blessings and peace be upon the most honorable of the prophets and messengers, our master Muhammad - may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him - and then. Among the facilitation of God for His servants is that He made them on different understandings, for each ability that makes him different from others, the Almighty said: (Had your Lord so willed, He would have certainly made humanity one single community ˹of believers˺, but they will always ˹choose to˺ differ) (1) (Hud: 118). So he gave some of them accurate insight, deep understanding, and the ability to analyze and made others less or more than them. The one with deep understanding has a share in raising issues and opening the doors of possibilities. Others are satisfied with an apparent understanding and not more. All of that opened multiple doors that were expanded by certain factors, including the difference between fundamentalists in dividing the predicate into the speculative connotation and definitive connotation, which in turn led to opening the doors of other issues based on inferences that everyone may see from his preponderant angle.
