المستخلص: يهدف البحث الحالي إلى تحديد تأثير التسييس التنظيمي على التوافق المهني لدى معلمة الروضة بدولة الكويت، وذلك من خلال التعرف على الأسس النظرية للتسييس التنظيمي، والكشف عن المدلول العلمي للتوافق المهني لدى معلمة رياض الأطفال بدولة الكويت، وتحديد أهم السبل التي يمكن استخدامها في مواجهة التسييس التنظيمي برياض الأطفال بدولة الكويت، وتحديد أهم الآليات التي يمكن عن طريقها تحقيق التوافق المهني لمعلمة رياض الأطفال بدولة الكويت، وكان من أبرز نتائجها أن مؤسسات رياض الأطفال بالمجتمع الكويت توجد به بعض مفردات التسييس التنظيمي حيث استغلال المنصب وقوة السلطة وحب النفوذ والمكانة الاجتماعية من أجل تحقيق المصلحة الشخصية على حساب المصلحة العامة، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي حتى يحقق أهدافها ويجيب عن تساؤلاته.

The current research aims to determine the effect of organizational politicization on the professional compatibility of the kindergarten teacher in the State of Kuwait, through the identification of the theoretical foundations of organizational politicization, and the disclosure of the scientific significance of professional compatibility with the kindergarten teacher in the State of Kuwait, and identify the most important ways that can be used in the face of organizational politicization Kindergarten in the State of Kuwait, and to determine the most important mechanisms by which to achieve professional compatibility for a kindergarten teacher in the State of Kuwait, and one of the most prominent results was that kindergarten institutions in the Kuwaiti society have some vocabulary of organizational politicization where they exploit the position and power of power and love of influence and social standing in order to achieve the interest Personality at the expense of the public interest, and the research used the descriptive method in order to achieve its goals and answer its questions.
