المستخلص: According to many researchers, school leadership is considered to be the rocket booster that ensures not only a successful educational system, but positive teaching- learning outcomes as well. School leadership is more concerned with school principals who should combine between technical, administrative, and managerial competencies. The principles should be more open to adopting new pedagogies and strategies that fits their schools and meet the needs of their learners for optimal performance. They have to set a clear vision in accordance with the school values, be transparent, encourage collaborative and participative work, and build trust with teachers, parents and their community. In addition to what it is mentioned, these leaders have to ensure a healthy and safe environment where innovation, creativity, and taking initiatives are in the heart of the school process of positive change. Least but not last, though the limits that might the principles find in side Moroccan school and with Moroccan administration due to the hierarchical system and lack of pedagogical independence, but school leadership stays the elevator to very motivational culture where the educational stuff, learners, parents form a unity for the sake of positive learners outcomes and schools success.
