|a يعرف سعر النفط في الأسواق الدولية تقلبات دورية ناتجة عن تفاعل قوى العرض والطلب، وهذه القوى هي نتاج العديد من المتغيرات والقرارات في جانبي العرض والطلب، ولعل من أبرزها قرارات الإنتاج الصادرة عن أهم المنتجين للنفط في الأسواق الدولية (منظمة أوبك بشكل خاص وبعدها تحالف أوبك+) تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد نموذج قياس -اقتصادي يفسر تقلبات سعر النفط في الأسواق الدولية، قبل وبعد تشكل تحالف أوبك+ الذي أصبح يسيطر على حوالي 80% من عرض النفط في السوق. وجدنا أن جزء كبير من التقلبات في أسعار النفط يعتمد على ماضي المتغيرة نفسه، وعلى إنتاج أوبك+، بالإضافة إلى وجود علاقة سببية في الاتجاهين معا بين أسعار النفط وإنتاج أوبك+ من النفط.
|b Oil prices in international markets knows periodic fluctuations resulting from the interaction of the forces of supply and demand, and perhaps the most prominent of them are production decisions issued by OPEC and then OPEC+. This study aims to determine an econometric model that explains the fluctuations in oil prices in the international markets, before and after the formation of the OPEC+ alliance, which now controls about 80% of oil supply in the market. We found that a large part of the fluctuations in oil prices depends on the past of the variable itself, and on OPEC+ production, And the existence of a bidirectional causality relationship between oil prices and OPEC+ production.
