المستخلص: Women in Lebanon and across the globe are facing the shadow pandemic, violence against women during COVID-19. Based on the massive increase of sexual and domestic violence, this article studies how the International Treaties deal with violence against women. It covers the resolutions and measures taken by International Organizations to eliminate sexual and domestic violence. It also covers the main International Treaties that addressed violence against women. In addition, the implementation of the International Treaties and Resolutions in Lebanon to eliminate violence against women. This article will study the sufficiency of these Treaties and Resolutions in the protection of women from violence in Lebanon.
