Crowd funding is a new field which improves a country’s economic competitiveness by supporting sevral small businesses and entrepreneurs in the financial sector. The platform helps in gathering a small number of money from a large group of people and as a result increases the customer base. In this paper, we outline the reality of Arab countries’s crow funding platforms. In which we present a 32 crowd funding platforms and analyze the opportunities that has given by the block chain-based crow funding to medium and small companies using descriptive and analytical approach. The study concludes that block chain could solve crowd funding drawbacks such as fraud, money laundering and information asymmetry as well as it considered a resolution that allows a functional and low-cost equity registration, equity transaction processing and shareholder voting in the crow funding market.
