|a أولى الإسلام المرأة مكانة عظيمة، ومنزلة رفيعة، ونظر إليها نظرة تقدير واعتزاز، وتكفل بحفظ حقوقها على الوجه الأكمل، كما أنه أثنى على كثير من مواقفها المؤثرة، وهذا البحث يتناول دراسة هذه المواقف في ضوء الآيات القرآنية، وإبراز الصفات القيادية منها، إذ يمهد ببيان عناية القرآن الكريم بالمرأة ثم يبين مفهوم القيادة، وأبرز الصفات القيادية الواردة في القرآن الكريم، ويعرف بالوسطية وملامحها في ضوء القرآن الكريم، وتتركز مادته على دراسة الآيات القرآنية التي تناولت الدور القيادي للمرأة وبيان أثره في تعزيز مفهوم الحكمة والوسطية، وقد سلك الباحث فيه المنهج الاستقرائي في تتبع هذه المواضع، والمنهج الوصفي التحليلي في دراستها، كما التزم الباحث بالجوانب الفنية المتبعة في البحث العلمي، وختمه بفهارس تسهل الاستفادة منه.

Research problem: 1- What is the concept of leadership? What are the most prominent leadership qualities addressed in the Holy Quran? 2- What is meant by moderation? What are its features in the light of the Holy Quran? 3- What is the leadership role of women in each of the models mentioned in the Holy Qur’an? 4- How did this role affect the promotion of the concept of wisdom and moderation? Research Findings: The emergence of the leadership role of women clearly and clearly through the models that have been studied, and it is no less important than the role of men in leadership in terms of the sentence; And if the man’s role is broader, larger and more comprehensive, and in this is evidence of the moderation of the Qur’an and its fairness to women, and contemplation and contemplation of Qur’anic stories related to women leads to the deduction of many lessons, sermons, lessons and gifts.
