Abstract: لقد تناول البحث في هذا الدراسة (المذاهب الفقهية في المدائن والتي تطرق إليها في كتاب تاريخ بغداد) المدائن إحدى مدن العراق وتقع في محافظة بغداد على الجانب الشرقي لنهر دجلة على بعد حوالي (٣٥ كلم) إلى الجنوب الشرقي من بغداد. وتعرف اليوم باسم (سلمان باك) نسبة إلى الصحابي الجليل سلمان المحمدي (رضي الله عنه) الذي دفن فيها. حيث تناولت الدراسة المذاهب الفقهية في مدينة المدائن. ومن المذاهب الفقهية (المذهب الشيعي، المذهب الحنفي، المذهب المالكي)

In this study, the researcher has dealt with (jurisprudential schools of thought in al-Madaen, which he discussed in the book The History of Baghdad . Al-Madaen is one of the cities of Iraq and is located in Baghdad Governorate on the eastern side of the Tigris River, about 40 km southeast of Baghdad . Today it is known as (Salman Pak) in reference to the great companion Salman Al-Muhammadi (may God be pleased with him), who was buried in it. Where the study dealt with jurisprudence schools in the city of cities. Among the schools of jurisprudence (the Shiite school of thought, the Hanafi school of thought, the Maliki school of thought.
