|a هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور المدير الإداري في سلسلة السلوك الإداري وعلاقتها بفعالية اتخاذ القرارات في بلدية ماحص. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وتكون مجتمع البحث من العاملين في بلدية ماحص ويعزى السبب وراء اختيار مجتمع البحث إلى أن الباحثة تعمل في بلدية ماحص مما يسهل عليها عملية جمع البيانات. وقامت الباحثة باستخدام أسلوب الحصر الشامل من مجتمع الدراسة التي طبقت بالبلدية، وتم توزيع الاستبانات عليهم، وقد بلغت عينة البحث النهائية التي تم تحليلها (38) من العاملين في بلدية ماحص. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود اتفاق جيد بين أفراد العينة لمستوى تطبيق المدير الإداري لسلسلة السلوك الإداري في بلدية ماحص، ومستوى اتفاق جيد بين أفراد العينة لدور المدير الإداري في فعالية اتخاذ القرارات في بلدية ماحص من وجهة نظر العاملين في بلدية ماحص، كما وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباط ذات دلالة إحصائية بين دور المدير الإداري في سلسة السلوك الإداري وبين فعالية اتخاذ القرارات في بلدية ما حص، وهذا يعني دور المدير الإداري في سلسة السلوك الإداري مسؤول عن المساهمة بما نسبته 62.2% من ت فعالية اتخاذ القرارات في بلدية ماحص. وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة إجراء مزيد من الدراسات حول دور المدير الإداري في سلسلة السلوك الإداري وعلاقتها بفعالية اتخاذ القرارات في بلديات أخرى وفي مؤسسات حكومية أخرى.
|b The study aimed to identify the role of the administrative manager in the chain of administrative behavior and its relationship with the effectiveness of decision-making in the municipality of Mahis. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive-analytical method was followed. The research community is one of the workers in the municipality of Mahes. The reason behind choosing the research community is that the researcher works in the municipality of Mahes, which facilitates the data collection process. The researcher chose, using the comprehensive inventory method, from the study population that was applied in the municipality, and questionnaires were distributed to them. The study found a good agreement among the sample members regarding the level of the administrative manager’s application of the administrative behavior chain in the municipality of Mahes, and the level of good agreement among the sample members for the role of the administrative manager in the effectiveness of decision-making in the municipality of Mahes from the point of view of the workers in the municipality of Mahes, and the study also found a relationship A statistically significant correlation between the role of the administrative manager in the chain of administrative behavior and the effectiveness of decision-making in the municipality of Mahes, and this means the role of the administrative manager in the chain of administrative behavior is responsible for contributing 62.2% of the effectiveness of decision-making in the municipality of Mahis . The study recommended the necessity of conducting more studies on the role of the administrative manager in the chain of administrative behavior and its relationship to the effectiveness of decision-making in other municipalities and in other governmental institutions.
