Abstract:

يعد المعجم التاريخي إنجازا حضاريا ثقافيا بالنسبة لأية أمة على اعتبار أنه يدون تاريخ اللغة ومن ورائه الإرث الثقافي الحضاري لهذه الأمة، لذلك تسابقت الأمم الكبيرة في تحقيق هذا المنجز، بل حتى الأمم الصغيرة، غير أن الأمة العربية لم تنهض بعد بهذه المهمة النبيلة فما معوقات هذا المشروع الحضاري وكيف كانت محاولات إنجازه وماهي آفاق تحقيق ذلك تلكم هي موضوعات هذا المقال.

the Historical lexicon is the cultural achivement of any nation, because it deals with the history of the language and the cultural legacy of this nation. big Nations are competing to reach this achievement, even small nations. Unlike the Arabic nation which does not recognize the significance of this nobile mission So, what are the obstacles of this cultural project, how can we reach it? this is the concern of this article.
