المستخلص: الهدف الرئيسي من هذه الدراسة هو توضيح الدور الذي تلعبه إدارة المدرسة في تحقيق الرقابة داخل المدارس الأردنية، وكيف يتم تحقيق معايير القيادة الفعالة؟ والسبب في ذلك أن هذه الدراسة تعتمد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي تم تطويره لقياس أبعاد الدراسة. يعتمد دور إدارة المدرسة فيها على ترجمة أهداف النظم التعليمية (المشرعة من قبل وزارة التربية والتعليم)، من خلال أدائها داخل المدرسة. في الرغبة في تحسين جميع الخدمات التعليمية المقدمة لجميع الطلاب في المستويات الدراسية المختلفة. من أجل تحقيق احتياجات المدرسة مما جعلنا نطرح سؤالا مهما جدا ما هو الإشراف المدرسي؟ والجواب على هذا السؤال بعد البحث والتدقيق أن الإشراف المدرسي هو كل الإجراءات المتخذة لمراقبة المدارس لضبط عملها، وطريقة تعاملها مع الطلاب، مما يسبب الانضباط العام فيها، ويضع الطلاب في تعلم مستقر. بيئة جديرة بهم. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح آثار الرقابة في المدارس في الأردن، والمعايير الأساسية التي تهدف إليها القيادة، باعتبار أنها تعتمد على الوصف والتحليل، ويرجع ذلك إلى عدة أسباب رئيسية، منها الدور الذي لعبته. من خلال المدارس في هذه الدراسة استندت إلى ترجمة كل منها لأهداف النظم التربوية التي وضعتها وزارة التربية والتعليم. وتجدر الإشارة إلى أن الهدف الأساسي من هذا الإشراف هو تحسين العملية التعليمية، وتوفير كل ما تحتاجه المدارس للقيام بذلك. لهذا السبب، لعبت هذه الرقابة دورا إيجابيا في تقدم وتحسين جودة التعليم في الأردن. لاشك أن دراسة فكرة مراقبة المدارس كانت لها بعض التوصيات، نذكر منها ما يلي: تدريب جميع المعلمين ومديري المدارس باتباع برنامج التطوير الذي تضعه الوزارة. حرص مديرو المدارس على اتباع كافة الأساليب الحديثة للقيادة الإدارية في المدارس. تنمية مهارات الطلاب الإبداعية.

The main objective of this study is to clarify the role played by the school administration in improving quality within Jordanian schools, and how effective leadership standards are achieved. The reason for this is that this study relies on the descriptive analytical approach, which has been developed to measure the dimensions of the study. The role of the school administration in it depends on translating the objectives of the educational systems (legislated by the Ministry of Education), through their performance within the school, in a desire to improve all educational services provided to all students at different levels of study in order to achieve the needs of the school, which made us ask a very important question: what is school supervision? The answer to that question, after research and scrutiny, is that school supervision is all the measures taken to monitor schools to control their work, and their way of dealing with students, which causes general discipline in them, and puts students in a stable learning environment worthy of them. The aim of this study was to clarify the effects of censorship in schools in Jordan, and the basic criteria that the leadership aimed at, given that they depended on description and analysis, and this was due to several main reasons including that the role played by schools in this study was based on the translation of each the objectives of educational systems, which were set by the Ministry of Education. It is worth noting that the main objective of this oversight is to improve the educational process, and to provide everything that schools need to do so. For this reason, this oversight has played a positive role in the advancement and improvement of the quality of education in Jordan. There is no doubt that studying the idea of monitoring schools had some recommendations, which are listed in the following: Training of all teachers and school administrators by following the development program set by the Ministry. The principals were keen to follow all modern methods of administrative leadership in schools. Develop students' creative skills.
