المستخلص: تسعى هذه الدراسة لإبراز دور حاضنة الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم أم أيمن بركة بنت ثعلبة في العهد النبوي (١٢ ق. 11 ه/ ٦١١ -632 م)، فمنذ بعثة المصطفى صلى الله عليه وسلم كانت من أوائل من آمن به وظلت مرافقة له حتى مماته، علاوة على ذلك فقد رافقت أهل بيته وبناته، فكانت بجانب فاطمة -رضي الله عنها -يوم زفافها، وشاركت في تجهيز جنازة زينب بنت رسول الله، وعندما أُذن للمسلمين بالهجرة هاجرت -رضي الله عنها – إلى المدينة المنورة، وروت عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم بعض الأحاديث، وكان ممن روى عنها أنس بن مالك، وحين شُرع الجهاد في سبيل الله شهدت بركة بنت ثعلبة -رضي الله عنها- عدد من المغازي مع رسول الله، وكانت لها مشاركات فعالة في أرض المعركة لا سيما في سقاية العطشى، ومداواة الجرحى، ولقد استُشهد ابنها أيمن في غزوة حنين، واختار الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم ابنها أسامة بن زيد -رضي الله عنه -لإمارة جيش المسلمين لغزو الروم في الشام وهو لم يتجاوز العشرين من عمره. وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج التاريخي المعتمد على التحليل من خلال تتبع أخبار بركة بنت ثعلبة -رضي الله عنها -المتناثرة في كتب الحديث والتاريخ والسير ومن ثم تحليلها لإبراز دورها في العهد النبوي، ووصلت الباحثة لعدد من النتائج كان من أهمها: تمتلك بركة بنت ثعلبة -رضي الله عنها –شخصية متوازنة بارعة مكنتها من تقديم دور بارز في العهد النبوي، فبروحها الحانية استطاعت أن تحظى بقرب وتقدير النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم وآل بيته وصحابته الكرام، وبتعدد مواهبها وتنوع خبراتها أسهمت مع من حولها في مختلف مواقف الحياة -في السلم والحرب وفي الأفراح والأحزان-، وبهمتها العالية سعت لإيقاظ الهمم وإحياء الحماسة في نفوس الصحابة رضوان الله عليهم.

This study seeks to highlight the role of Umm Ayman Baraka bint Tha’labah, the Prophet’s incubator, during the Prophet’s era (12 BC - 11AH / 611-632 AD). Since the mission of the prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, she was one of the first to believe in him and continued to accompany him until his death. Moreover, she accompanied his household and daughters, and was by Fatima’s side - may Allah be pleased with her - on her wedding day. She participated in preparing the funeral of Zainab, daughter of the Messenger of Allah. When Muslims were given permission to migrate, she migrated to Medina. She narrated some hadiths on the authority of the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, and Anas bin Malik was among those who narrated them. When jihad for the sake of Allah was legalized, Baraka bint Tha’labah - may Allah be pleased with her - witnessed a number of invasions with the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, and she had actively participated on the battlefield, quenching thirst and treating the wounded. Her son Ayman was martyred in the Battle of Honayn, and the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, chose her son Osama bin Zaid - may Allah be pleased with him - to command the Muslim army while invading the Romans in the Levant, though he was only twenty. The study used the historical approach that relies on analysis by tracking the news of Baraka bint Tha’labah - may Allah be pleased with her - scattered in books of hadith, history, and biographies, and then analyzing them to highlight her role in the Prophet’s era. The researcher came up with a number of findings, the most important of which are: Baraka bint Tha’labah - may Allah be pleased with her - had a well balanced accomplished personality that enabled her to play a prominent role in the Prophet’s era. Thanks to her caring spirit, she was able to enjoy the proximity and appreciation of the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, his family, and his esteemed companions. Through her multiplicity of talents and diversity of experiences, she contributed to those around her in various life situations - in peace and war, joys and sorrows. With high spirits, she sought to awaken determination and revive enthusiasm in the souls of the companions, may Allah be pleased with them.
