|a إن المتتبع لواقع العالم الافتراضي يجد أن هذا الأخير قلب الأمور رأسا على عقب، خاصة إذا علمنا أن هذا العالم الجديد الذي أحدث تقدما تكنولوجيا ونموا اجتماعيا أفرز بالمقابل معضلات كثيرة وعلى رأسها مشكلة الفراغ القانوني في الإنترنت، ما أدى إلى توسع دائرة الجريمة والاعتداء، من جريمة عادية إلى جريمة إلكترونية بحاجة إلى المواجهة الفورية والإسراع في توفير حلول عملية يمكن أن تساهم في إبقاء الحقل الإلكتروني بعيدا عن الجريمة والاعتداء مهما كان نوعه أو صنفه وهذه الورقة البحثية من أجل اقتراح بعض العلاجات العملية لمواجهة أزمة الجريمة الإلكترونية في عالم شبكة المعلومات والمعلوماتية.
|b Anyone who observes the reality of the virtual world notes that it has turned the world upside down in all aspects, especially since this new world, which has experienced technological progress and social growth, has in return created numerous dilemmas, notably the problem of legal vacuum on the Internet, which has led to the expansion of the circle of crime and aggression, from ordinary crime to cybercrime. The latter requires immediate confrontation and proposing practical solutions that can help keep the electronic domain safe from crime and aggression of all types and classes. This document offers practical solutions to address the cybercrime crisis in the world of information networks and computing.
