المستخلص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى تقديم نموذج لتطبيق اليقظة الاستراتيجية بإحدى المؤسسات الاقتصادية، وبيان فاعلية اليقظة الاستراتيجية في دعم تنافسية المؤسسة في الأسواق الدولية في شقها النظري مسلطين الضوء على أبرز ما طرحه الكتَّاب والباحثون حول متغيرات البحث بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي، فضلا عن إطار عملي تحليلي اعتمدنا فيه على منهج دراسة الحالة؛ من خلال أداء عينة من 46 موظف من مؤسسة تواب بنسبة استرجاع للردود 84,78% بصفتهم فاعلين في إرساء نظام اليقظة الاستراتيجية بأنواعها (التجارية، التكنولوجية، التنافسية والبيئية) ودعمها لتنافسية المؤسسة بأبعادها (التكلفة الجودة، الإبداع والابتكار المرونة التسليم). وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة لضرورة إرساء نظام لليقظة الاستراتيجية في المؤسسة محل الدراسة وتحديد أي بعد تنافسي يخدم المؤسسة الاقتصادية بفاعلية ويمكنها من البقاء والاستمرارية في ظل ظروف المنافسة الدولية.

This research aims to provide a model for applying strategic vigilance in an economic institution, and demonstrate the effectiveness of strategic vigilance in supporting the institution’s competitiveness in international markets in its theoretical aspect, highlighting the most prominent issues proposed by writers and researchers regarding the research variables, relying on the descriptive approach, as well as a practical analytical framework that we have adopted. It uses a case study approach; Through the performance of a sample of 46 employees from the Tawab Foundation with a response rate of 84.78%, as they are active in establishing a system of strategic vigilance of all kinds (commercial, technological, competitive, and environmental) and supporting the organization’s competitiveness in all its dimensions (cost, quality, creativity and innovation, flexibility, delivery). The results of the study revealed the necessity of establishing a system of strategic vigilance in the institution under study and determining which competitive dimension effectively serves the economic institution and enables it to survive and continue under conditions of international competition.

Cette recherche vise à fournir un modèle d'application de la vigilance stratégique dans une institution économique et à démontrer l'efficacité de la vigilance stratégique pour soutenir la compétitivité de l'institution sur les marchés internationaux dans son aspect théorique, en mettant en évidence les questions les plus importantes proposées par les auteurs et les chercheurs concernant la variables de recherche, en s'appuyant sur l'approche descriptive, ainsi que sur un cadre d'analyse pratique que nous avons adopté. Il utilise une approche d'étude de cas ; Grâce à la performance d'un échantillon de 46 employés de la Fondation Tawab avec un taux de réponse de 84,78%, car ils sont actifs dans la mise en place d'un système de vigilance stratégique de toutes sortes (commerciale, technologique, concurrentielle et environnementale) et dans le soutien de la compétitivité de l'organisation. dans toutes ses dimensions (coût, qualité, créativité et innovation, flexibilité, livraison). Les résultats de l'étude ont révélé la nécessité d'établir un système de vigilance stratégique dans l'institution étudiée et de déterminer quelle dimension concurrentielle sert efficacement l'institution économique et lui permet de survivre et de continuer dans des conditions de concurrence internationale.
