المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى رصد تطبيقات الصناعة الخضراء في مصر بالتطبيق على مدينة العاشر من رمضان. باستخدام أسلوب التحليل الوصفي وتحليل الاستبيان، بينت الدراسة أن الصناعة الخضراء هي نهج تحويلي معاصر يتم من خلال تحديد ثلاثة أبعاد للسياسة الصناعية الخضراء، وتعتمد على مناهج مختلفة للتخفيف من تغير المناخ. هذه الأبعاد الثلاثة هي (1) البعد المتمحور حول الاستهلاك؛ (2) تحسين كفاءة استخدام الموارد والعمليات الإنتاجية (3) تحويل الهيكل الإنتاجي. وتطبيقيا، أظهرت الدراسة وجود عديد من الإجراءات التي اتخذتها الحكومة المصرية للتحول نحو الصناعة الخضراء في مدينة العاشر من رمضان، حيث تم تحديد ثلاث خيارات لتحديد مدي اتباع المدينة لمنهجية التنمية المستدامة في المدينة محل الدراسة بداية من ترشيد استخدام الموارد والبحث عن بدائل صديقة للبيئة وتفعيل مبادئ الاقتصاد الدائري. والعمل على تعزيز كفاءة استخدام الموارد واستخدام التعايش الصناعي في العملية الإنتاجية بما يتضمن إعادة تدوير المخلفات الصناعية أو القيام بتبادل المخلفات في إطار المدن الصناعية.

The current study aimed to monitor the applications of green manufacturing in Egypt by applying it to the Tenth of Ramadan City. Using the descriptive analysis method, the study showed that green industry is a contemporary transformative approach that takes place by defining three dimensions of green industrial policy, and relies on different approaches to mitigate climate change. These three dimensions are (1) the consumption-centric dimension; (2) improving the efficiency of resource use and production processes, (3) transforming the productive structure. In practice, the study showed that there are many measures taken by the Egyptian government to shift towards green industry in the 10th of Ramadan City, where three options were identified to determine the extent to which the city follows the sustainable development methodology in the city under study, starting with rationalizing the use of resources, searching for environmentally friendly alternatives, and activating the principles of Circular economy. According to the study's findings, the Egyptian government has taken numerous steps to transition to a green economy in the city of 10th of Ramadan. Three options were identified to gauge how closely the city adheres to the sustainable development methodology in this city, beginning with resource efficiency, looking for eco-friendly substitutes, and enacting circular economy principles. Additionally, make efforts to increase resource utilisation efficiency and the use of industrial cohabitation in the production process, including waste exchanges or recycling within the framework of industrial cities.
