المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى تقديم تصور مقترح حول تعزيز مهارات التصميم الإبداعي للحلي التراثي السعودي لدى فئة الإعاقة الحركية الممثلة في (الطلاقة، المرونة، الأصالة، التفاصيل، الحساسية للمشكلات)؛ من خلال تطبيق مستوى الإبداع (CORT.4)، ومستوى التطبيق (CORT.6) من برنامج كورت ضمن تدريب منسوبي جمعية "حركية" السعودية لرعاية وتأهيل ذوي الإعاقة بمدينة الرياض؛ عبر تطبيق مقترح لتنمية مهارات التصميم الإبداعي باستخدام استراتيجية برنامج كورت لابتكار تصميمات معاصرة لمشغولات معدنية مستلهمة من الحلي التراثي السعودي. اعتمدت الباحثة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لبناء الإطار النظري للبحث، والمنهج شبه التجريبي للتحقق من فرض البحث بناءا محاور تناولت الدور التربوي لبرنامج كورت في تعزيز مهارات التصميم الإبداعي، والمداخل الجمالية لاستلهام الحلي المعدني من الموروث السعودي، إلى جانب الكفايات التشكيلية اللازمة لفئة الإعاقة الحركية البسيطة في ضوء برنامج كورت. وضعت الباحثة تصور لتطبيق آليات برنامج كورت مستوى للإبداع والتطبيق؛ وحددت نتائج البحث مداخل تنمية مهارات التفكير الإبداعي لتصميم الحلي التي تناسب كفايات فئة الإعاقة الحركية البسيطة من تعزز التحصيل المعرفي وزيادة في الإنتاجية. وأوصى البحث بزيادة التعاون بين المؤسسات التعليمية للدولة ومؤسسات المجتمع المدني ضمانا للتنمية المستدامة وتوفير خدمات الدعم لفئات الإعاقات المختلفة.

The research aimed to provide a proposed conception on enhancing the creative design skills of Saudi heritage jewelry among the category of motor disability represented in (fluency, flexibility, originality, details, sensitivity to problems). Through the application of the level of creativity (CORT.4) and the level of application (CORT.6) of the Kurt program within the training of the employees of the Saudi "Harakia" Association for the Care and Rehabilitation of People with Disabilities in Riyadh, through the application of a proposal to develop creative design skills using the strategy of the Court program to create contemporary designs for metal works inspired by Saudi heritage ornaments. The researcher relied on the descriptive analytical approach to build the theoretical framework of the research, and the semi-experimental approach to verify the hypothesis of the research based on axes that dealt with the educational role of the Kurt program in enhancing creative design skills, and the aesthetic entrances to inspire metal ornaments from the Saudi heritage, in addition to the plastic competencies necessary for the category of mild motor disability in the light of the Kurt program. The researcher developed a vision for the application of the mechanisms of the Kurt program level of creativity and application; and the results of the research identified the entrances to the development of creative thinking skills to design ornaments that suit the competencies of the category of mild motor disability to enhance cognitive achievement and increase productivity. The research recommended increasing cooperation between state educational institutions and civil society institutions to ensure sustainable development and provide support services for different groups of disabilities.
