المستخلص: تعد مشكلة تعاطي وإدمان المخدرات بمختلف أنواعها من المشكلات التي أصبحت تمثل تهديداً خطيراً على الفرد والجماعة والمجتمع. وقد هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد عائد المعارف والمهارات والقيم والسلوكيات التي قدمها برنامج إعداد القيادات التطوعية في مواجهة ظاهرة الإدمان والتعاطي بالمجتمع المصري، وكذلك رصد المعوقات التي تواجه هذا البرنامج وتقديم مقترحات التغلب على هذه المعوقات. والدراسة الحالية دراسة وصفية تحليلية استخدمت منهج المسح الاجتماعي لعدد (١٥٢) قيادة تطوعية من الشباب الجامعي الذين حصلوا على برنامج إعداد القيادات التطوعية بصندوق مكافحة وعلاج الإدمان والتعاطي، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج كان أهمها أن هناك مجموعة من المعارف والمهارات والقيم والسلوكيات المطلوب إكسابها للقيادات التطوعية لكي تقوم بدورها في مواجهة ظاهرة الإدمان والتعاطي بالمجتمع المصري. كما حددت الدراسة مجموعة من المعوقات والتحديات التي تواجه برنامج إعداد القيادات التطوعية لمواجهة ظاهرة الإدمان والتعاطي، وقد قسمت هذه المعوقات والتحديات إلى معوقات مرتبطة بالقيادات التطوعية وأخرى مرتبطة بالبرنامج ومعوقات مرتبطة بالمجتمع، وقدمت الدراسة مجموعة متنوعة من المقترحات المواجهة هذه المعوقات والتحديات ومقسمة بنفس الكيفية التي عرضت بها المعوقات والتحديات.

The problem of drug abuse and addiction of various types is one of the problems that has become a serious threat to the individual, the group and society. This study aimed to determine the return of knowledge, skills, values and behaviors provided by the volunteer leadership preparation program in confronting the phenomenon of addiction and abuse in Egyptian society, as well as monitoring the obstacles facing this program and presenting proposals to overcome these obstacles. The current study is an analytical descriptive study that used the social survey approach for (152) volunteer leaders of university youth who obtained the volunteer leadership preparation program at the Fund for Combating and Treating Addiction and Abuse. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which was that there is a set of knowledge, skills, values and behaviors that are required to be imparted to the leaders. Volunteering in order to play its role in confronting the phenomenon of addiction and abuse in Egyptian society. The study also identified a group of obstacles and challenges facing the program for preparing volunteer leaders to confront the phenomenon of addiction and abuse. These obstacles and challenges were divided into obstacles related to volunteer leadership, others related to the program, and obstacles related to society. The study presented a variety of proposals to confront these obstacles and challenges, and they were divided in the same way as those presented. It has obstacles and challenges.
