المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد متطلبات الاستخدام المسئول للذكاء الاصطناعي (المعرفية -المهارية- الأخلاقية)، وتحديد مستوى تحقيق أبعاد مجتمع المعرفة (إنتاج المعرفة- نشر المعرفة- توظيف المعرفة) بكلية الخدمة الاجتماعية، والتوصل إلى رؤية مستقبلية من منظور الخدمة الاجتماعية لتطوير أبعاد مجتمع المعرفة بكلية الخدمة الاجتماعية، وقد انتمت الدراسة إلى نمط الدراسات الوصفية، كما استندت إلى استخدام منهج المسح الاجتماعي بطريقة العينة لعينة من طلاب الفرق الأربع بكلية الخدمة الاجتماعية وعددهم (٣٥٣)، وتوصلت النتائج إلى أن جميع أبعاد محور الاستخدام المسئول للذكاء الاصطناعي جاءت بنسبة مرتفعة مرتبة كالتالي: (المتطلبات المعرفية- المتطلبات الأخلاقية -المتطلبات المهارية)، كما جاءت أبعاد محور مجتمع المعرفة بنسبة مرتفعة مرتبة كالتالي: (نقل المعرفة- توظيف المعرفة- إنتاج المعرفة)، وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة توسيع معارف طلاب كلية الخدمة الاجتماعية بتطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي، وتدريبهم على مهارات استخدامها، وتعريفهم بالمواثيق الأخلاقية للذكاء الاصطناعي بشكل يسهم في تحقيق أبعاد مجتمع المعرفة.

The study aimed to: determine the requirements for the responsible use of artificial intelligence (cognitive- skill- ethical), and determine the level of achieving the dimensions of the knowledge society (knowledge production- knowledge dissemination- knowledge employment) at the College of Social Work, and reach a future vision from the perspective of social Work to develop the dimensions The knowledge society at the College of Social Work. The study belonged to the style of descriptive studies, and was based on the use of the social survey approach in a sample method for a sample of students from the four academic years at the College of Social Work, numbering (353). The results concluded that all dimensions of the axis of responsible use of artificial intelligence came in at a high percentage. It is arranged as follows: (cognitive requirements- ethical requirements- skill requirements), and the dimensions of the knowledge society axis came in a high percentage, arranged as follows: (knowledge transfer- knowledge employment- knowledge production). The study recommended the necessity of expanding the knowledge of students of the College of Social Work about artificial intelligence applications, Training them on the skills to use them, and introducing them to the ethical codes of artificial intelligence in a way that contributes to achieving the dimensions of the knowledge society.
