المستخلص: استهدفت الدراسة الكشف عن ملامح الخطة الاستراتيجية لرياضة الخماسي الحديث باستخدام المنهج الوصفي بأسلوب الدراسات المسحية، عينة البحث بالطريقة العمدية الطبقية، وبلغ عددهم (٦٨٨) تم تقسيمهم إلى عدد (٦٠) (مدربين- إداريين- لاعبين) لإيجاد معاملات صدق وثبات، وعدد (٤٠) لإجراء الدراسات الاستطلاعية، وعدد (۲۱۰) لتطبيق استمارة الاستبيان الأولى وعدد (۳۷۸) لتطبيق استمارة الاستبيان الثانية قيد البحث بحيث تمثل عينة البحث 18.6% من إجمالي مجتمع البحث البالغ عدده (٣٦٨٧) ومن أهم النتائج (تكوين الخطة الاستراتيجية، تنفيذ الخطة الاستراتيجية لتعزيز قاعدة ممارسة الخماسي) ومن أهم التوصيات (إجراء مزيد من الدراسات في مجال رياضة الخماسي الحديث).

The study aimed to reveal the features of the strategic plan for modern pentathlon sport and use the prescribed curriculum in the method of survey studies, and the researcher selected the sample of research in a deliberate stratified manner, and reached their number 688 individuals divided into 60 (coaches, administrators, players) To find the authenticity and consistency of the questionnaire and the number (40) individuals (coaches, administrators, players) To conduct surveys of the questionnaires and the number (210) (coaches, administrators, players) Individual to apply the first questionnaire form and number (378) individuals to apply the second questionnaire form under consideration so that the search sample represents 18.6% of the total research community (3687) One of the most important results (composition of the strategic plan, implementation of the strategic plan to strengthen the pentathlon sport base, evaluation and oversight to strengthen the pentathlon sport base) One of the most important recommendations (implementation of the features of the proposed strategic plan) was the need to develop a modern information and technology policy through the various media and the International Information Network (Internet) which contributes to familiarizing athletes with the dates of sports tournaments and meetings, further studies in the field of modern pentathlon sport in Egypt).
