المستخلص: تعد ظاهرة التقاء الساكنين بين المنع والجواز، بين النحاة والقراء، من أكثر الظواهر اللغوية التي اهتم بها القدماء والمحدثين على حد سواء؛ لكثرة شواهدها في القرآن الكريم، والشعر العربي ونثره. وحاول البحث أن يجيب على بعض الأسئلة التي تلم شتات هذا الموضوع مثل: ما معنى السكون، وما معنى التقاء الساكنين، وما المواضع التي يغتفر فيها هذا الالتقاء، وما المواضع التي لا يغتفر فيها، وما الطرائق التي يلجأ إليها اللسان العربي للتخلص من هذا الالتقاء، وما العوامل المؤثرة في تحديد نوع الحركة التي تجلب للتخلص من التقاء الساكنين. وقد التزم البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لعرض مباحثه ومناقشتها، فعمد إلى رصد أقوال القدماء، والمحدثين في تلك القضية، ثم حلل تلك الآراء والتعليقات للخروج بنتائج، واقتضت طبيعة البحث أن يقسم على مقدمة ومباحث ثلاثة يعقبها خاتمة وثبت بأهم المراجع والمصادر. المبحث الأول: تناول مواضع التقاء الساكنين المبحث الثاني: طرائق العربية في التخلص من التقاء الساكنين المبحث الثالث: عوامل تحديد الحركة التي تجلب للتخلص من التقاء الساكنين

The phenomenon of convergence of static between prohibition and permissibility, between grammarians and readers, is one of the most linguistic phenomena that the ancients and moderns alike cared about. Because of the abundance of its evidence in the Holy Qur'an, and Arabic poetry and prose. The research tried to answer some of the questions that surround the diaspora of this subject, such as: what is the meaning of sukun, what is the meaning of convergence of the dwellers, what are the places where this convergence is forgiven, what are the unforgivable places, and what are the methods that the Arabic language resorts to to get rid of this convergence, What are the influencing factors in determining the type of movement that brings to get rid of the confluence of the occupants? The research adhered to the descriptive analytical approach to presenting and discussing its topics, so it proceeded to monitor the sayings of the ancients and the hadith scholars on this issue, and then analyzed those opinions and comments to come up with results. The nature of the research required that it be divided into an introduction and three sections, followed by a conclusion, and it was established with the most important references and sources. The first topic: dealing with the meeting places of the residents The second topic: Arabic methods of getting rid of the confluence of the inhabitants The third topic: the factors that determine the movement that bring to get rid of the confluence of the occupants.
