المستخلص: يتناول هذا المقال في إطار تحليلي لأحداث ومؤشرات هامة من حيث قوة التأثير يجعلها تصلح قياسا لإنهاء وضع دولي ذي قطبية أحادية بزعامة الولايات المتحدة، استقر منذ أزيد من ثلاثة عقود عقب انهيار الاتحاد السوفياتي الذي كان يشكل الثنائية القطبية بصفته قائد الكتلة الشرقية التي وسمت النظام الدولي بعد الحرب العالمية الثانية إلى بداية تسعينيات القرن الماضي. هذا الوضع الأحادي ضيق هامش المناورة على كثير من دول المعمور لا سيما دول المعسكر الشرقي بعد انكفاء تكتلها ودول العالم الثالث التي لم تكن تدور في الفلك الأمريكي/ الغربي، بل وحتى دول عدم الانحياز، فشهد العالم اختلالات عديدة فرضتها أساليب الهيمنة والاستبداد والأنانيات التي لا تقف عند حد، وأصبحت الشرعية تفهم من خلال وجهة نظر واحدة خارج اطار التداول وفوق المؤسساتية التي تمثلها منظمة الأمم المتحدة ومجلس الأمن الدولي، فعاش العالم فترة من انعدام الثقة والأمن والسلم الدوليين، وسادت الأزمات والحروب والتدخلات في الشؤون الداخلية للدول، وتغيير الحكومات وتقسيم الدول. هذا الوضع الصراعي خلق تطلعات إلى مقاومته ظلت تغذيها تطورات الأحداث وتوحدها معاناة العالم من دكتاتورية قطب واحد يسعى إلى السيطرة على الجميع ولا يقبل القسمة. لذلك سعى أصحاب هذه التطلعات المقاومة إلى قيام نظام عالمي متعدد الأقطاب او على الأقل ثنائي القطبية يرجع التوازن المفقود لا سيما وان المؤسسات الدولية التي بنيت وفقه لا تزال ولو في شكل صوري. لذلك فاستقراء هذه المؤشرات كفيل باستشراف المستقبل الذي ينتظر قمة النظام الدولي تحديدا، وجعل الزعامة متعددة. هذه القراءة تمت في كثير منها بشكل متزامن مع بعض الأحداث خصوصا الأزمة الأوكرانية. مع الرجوع والاستشهاد بأحداث سابقة كلما دعي التحليل إلى ذلك. رغم أنها لم تنته بعد مع هيمنة المرجع الإعلامي.

This article deals with, in the framework of an analysis, important events and indicators in terms of the power of influence, making it suitable as a measurement for ending a unipolar international situation led by the United States, which settled for more than three decades after the collapse of the Soviet Union, which was bipolar in its capacity as the leader of the eastern bloc that marked the international system after the war Second World War to the beginning of the nineties of the last century. This unilateral position narrowed the margin of maneuver for many countries of the globe, especially the countries of the eastern camp after the withdrawal of their bloc and the third world countries that were not revolving in the American/Western orbit, and even the non-aligned countries The world witnessed many imbalances imposed by the methods of hegemony, tyranny, and selfishness that do not stop at an end, and legitimacy became understood through a single point of view outside the framework of deliberation and above the institutional represented by the United Nations and the International Security Council, so the world lived a period of lack of international trust, security and peace, and crises and wars prevailed Intervention in the internal affairs of states, changing governments and dividing states. This conflict situation has created aspirations for its resistance that have been fueled by the developments of events and united by the suffering of the world from the dictatorship of one pole that seeks to control everyone and does not accept division.. Therefore, the owners of these resistant aspirations sought to establish a multipolar world order, or at least a bipolar world order that would restore the lost balance, especially since the international institutions that were built according to it are still, albeit in a formal form. Therefore, extrapolation of these indicators is sufficient to anticipate the future that awaits the summit of the international system in particular, and to make the leadership multifaceted. This reading took place in many of them simultaneously with some events, especially the Ukrainian crisis- with reference and citation of previous events whenever the analysis calls for that- although it has not ended yet, with the dominance of the media reference.
