المستخلص: هدف البحث الحالي بصفة أساسية إلى دراسة فاعلية برنامج إرشادي لتنمية وعي المقبلين على الزواج بالديناميكية التصميمية للمسكن الاقتصادي بمحاورها ديناميكية الإنشاءات الداخلية الديناميكية التأثيثية والوظيفية للفراغات - الديناميكية التقنية والتجميلية وعلاقتها بالاستدامة السكنية بمحاورها (البيئية- الاقتصادية- الاجتماعية). بلغت عينة البحث الأساسية (418) شاب وشابة، تم اختيارهم بطريقة صدفية غرضية من الشباب المقبلين على الزواج من الجنسين بمحافظة المنوفية، بشرط أن يكونوا في مرحلة الخطوبة، كما بلغت عينة البحث التجريبية (50) شاب وشابة من ذوي الوعي المنخفض من الربيع الأدنى للعينة الأساسية، وتمثلت أدوات البحث (استمارة البيانات العامة، استبيان الوعي بالديناميكية التصميمية بالمسكن الاقتصادي استبيان الاستدامة السكنية، البرنامج الإرشادي). واتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج التجريبي، وباستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة عبر برنامج Spss (v.21). أسفرت النتائج عن وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائيا عند 0,001 بين مستوى وعي الشباب المقبل على الزواج بالديناميكية التصميمية للمسكن الاقتصادي بمحاورها والاستدامة السكنية بمحاورها. وتبين أن متغير الدخل الشهري ومحور الوعي بالديناميكية التقنية والتجميلية هما الأكثر تأثيرا معنويا في تفسير التباين في مستوى الاستدامة السكنية. كما تبين وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجات أفراد عينة البحث التجريبية من الشباب المقبل على الزواج في الوعي بالديناميكية التصميمية للمسكن الاقتصادي (بمحاورها) قبل وبعد تطبيق البرنامج الإرشادي لصالح التطبيق البعدي وذلك بحجم تأثير كبير. وأوصى البحث: نشر جلسات البرنامج الإرشادي من خلال إطلاق الجامعات سلسلة من القوافل الإرشادية والدروات التدريبية على أن يقوم بها أعضاء من هيئة التدريس في مجال إدارة المنزل والمؤسسات لتبصير فئات المجتمع عامة والشباب المقبل على الزواج خاصة بالديناميكية التصميمية والحلول المبتكرة للمساكن ذات المساحات المحدودة مما يحقق الراحة المعيشية والاستخدامية لقاطنيها، قيام وزارة الإسكان وهيئة المجتمعات العمرانية بمراعاة الديناميكية التصميمية في المساكن الاقتصادية بما يتماشى مع التغيرات المستقبلية المحتملة لقاطني هذه المساكن، مما ينعكس بصورة مباشرة على جودة المجتمعات العمرانية بأكملها.

The objective of the present research is mainly to study the effectiveness of a mentoring programme to develop the awareness of those who marry about the design dynamic of the economic housing with its axes (the dynamic of internal constructions- the influential and functional dynamic of vacuums- the technical and cosmetic dynamic) and its relationship to housing sustainability with its axes (environmental-economic-social). The basic research sample was 418 young men and women, chosen in a psoriasis-oriented manner by young men who are likely to marry both sexes in the governorate of Menoufia, provided they are in the engagement phase, and the experimental research sample was reached (50) Young men and women with low awareness from the minimum quadrant of the basic sample, and the data were met through the application of research tools (Public Data Form, Design Dynamic Awareness Questionnaire for Economic Housing, Housing Sustainability Questionnaire, Guidance Program). The research followed the analytical descriptive approach and pilot approach, using appropriate statistical methods through the Spss (v.21) programme. Results: a statistically relevant correlation of 0.001 between the level of awareness of the design dynamic of the economic dwelling and the housing sustainability of its interlocutor with future young people on marriage. The monthly income variable and the axis of awareness of technical and cosmetic dynamics were found to be the most morally influential in explaining the variability in the level of housing sustainability. There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of individuals of the experimental research sample of future young people on marriage in awareness of the design dynamic of the economic dwelling (with its axes) before and after the application of the indicative programme in favour of remote application as well as the magnitude of the impact. The research recommended: publishing the sessions of the indicative programme through the launch of a series of caravans and training classes by universities to be carried out by faculty members in the field of home management and institutions to inform the groups of society in general and future young people to marry in particular with the design dynamic and innovative solutions of housing with limited spaces, thereby achieving the living and use comfort of its residents "The Ministry of Housing and the Urban Communities Authority take into account the design dynamic of economic housing in line with the potential future changes of the dwellers, which directly affects the quality of entire urban communities.
