المستخلص: مع تزايد إنتاج القصص الصحفية بأسلوب السرد القصصي الرقمي عبر الوسائط المتعددة في المواقع الصحفية الإلكترونية، أصبح من الضروري الاتجاه إلى دراسة القائمين بالاتصال في هذا المجال، والأبعاد المهنية والأخلاقية للممارسات الصحفية لهذا النمط الصحفي. وفي هذه الدراسة أجرى الباحث تحليلا لـ (۲۲) قصة صحفية منشورة على موقع "مصراوي"، من 1 يناير ۲۰۲۲ إلى ١٥ يناير ۲۰۲٤، وأجرى (٧) مقابلات متعمقة مع القائمين بالاتصال من منتجي هذه القصص. وخلصت النتائج إلى تنوع الأدوار الوظيفية لفريق إنتاج القصص الصحفية بأسلوب السرد القصصي الرقمي على موقع "مصراوي"، حيث اشتملت على (۱٥) دورا أو مسمى وظيفيا، وجاء أكثر الوظائف تكرارا دوري (الكاتب)، و(المنفذ) بنسبة 100% من القصص، لاحتياج أي قصة لمحرر يقوم على البحث عن المعلومات، وسؤال المصادر، وصياغة القصة، وإلى منفذ يقوم بمهمة المبرمج والمطور Developer & Programmer. وأشارت نتائج التحليل والمقابلات المتعمقة إلى أهمية امتلاك القائم بالاتصال لأكثر من مهارة، والقدرة على لعب عدة أدوار Multi- Tasker كعامل أساسي لاحتفاظ القائم بالاتصال بفرصة عمله، في ظل نزوع المؤسسات الصحفية لتقليص أعداد العاملين، مع أهمية التنسيق بين الأدوار الوظيفية، وتنمية قدرة أعضاء الفريق على تطوير التعاون والتكامل بينهم مع مرور الوقت واستقرار التجربة. في المقابل رصد الباحث عددا من الممارسات المهنية والأخلاقية الإيجابية، والممارسات الأخرى السلبية. وتلخصت الممارسات الإيجابية في: حماية المصادر، والالتزام بأخلاقيات نشر الصورة الصحفية لضحايا الحوادث، ودقة توظيف الأرقام والنسب، وتنوع لغات إنتاج القصص. وتجسدت الممارسات السلبية في: الأخطاء اللغوية والمعلوماتية، وتشابه الصور المنشورة أو حذفها أو سوء عرضها، وقلة تنوع الوسائط المتعددة، وأخطاء تصميم الإنفو جرافيك، وغياب توظيف الرسوم البيانية والمخططات في مواضع توظيفها.

In light of the increasing production of news stories using digital storytelling through multimedia on electronic journalistic websites, it has become necessary to study communicators in this field, as well as the professional and ethical dimensions of journalistic practices related to this journalistic style. In this study, the researcher conducted an analysis of (22) news stories published on “Masrawy” website, from January 1, 2022 to January 15, 2024, in addition to conducting (7) in-depth interviews with the communicators who produced these stories. The results revealed the diversity of job titles for the team producing news stories using digital storytelling style on “Masrawy” website, which included (15) job titles, and the most frequent jobs were the roles of (editor/ writer) and (executor) with a percentage of 100% of the stories. This is due to the need of any story for a journalist who searches for information, questions sources, and write down the story, and for an executor who acts as a developer and programmer. The results of the analysis and in-depth interviews indicated the importance of the communicator having more than one skill, and the ability to play several multi-tasker roles, which is an essential factor in the communicator retaining his job opportunity, in light of the need of press institutions to reduce the number of workers, with the importance of coordination between the different job roles. Moreover, the results showed the growing ability of team members to develop cooperation and integration among themselves along time and the stability of the experience. On the other hand, the researcher observed a number of positive professional and ethical practices, and other negative practices. The positive practices were summarized in: protecting sources, adhering to the ethics of publishing journalistic images of accident victims, accurately using numbers and percentages, and diversifying the languages of producing stories. While the negative practices were embodied in: linguistic and informational errors, repeated publication of the same images, deletion, or poor display, lack of multimedia diversity, errors in infographic design, and finally the absence of using graphs and charts where there is a need to be used.
