المستخلص: تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع عمل المرأة ومشكلات الأسرة، وهدفت إلى التعرف على المشكلات التي تواجه المرأة العاملة المتزوجة في محافظة بنى سويف (مركز ببا)، والآثار الناتجة عن خروج المرأة للعمل. وقد تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في محاولة التعرف على المشكلات التي تواجه المرأة العاملة المتزوجة في العمل، ومدى تأثير تلك المشكلات على الزوج، والأبناء، والأسرة والمجتمع.

This study dealt with the issue of women’s work and family problems and aimed to identify the problems facing married working women in Beni Suef Governorate (Baba Center) and the effects resulting from women going out to work. The importance of the study stemmed from shedding light on the problems facing married working women. The problem of the study was to identify the problems facing married working women at work, and the extent of their impact on the husband, children, family and society. The study used the comparative method, and the case study method. Theoretical information was collected from books, references and others. Field information was also collected using data collection tools, interview and questionnaire. The sample of the study was the deliberate sample of married working women in Beni Suef Governorate (Baba Center), where the sample items amounted to (200 items). The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: Women’s exit to work for an economic reason in order to increase the family’s income, the working woman needs a nursery for children in the workplace. It is necessary to expand employment opportunities for women, raise awareness and increase material incentives. Employers must understand the conditions of married working women and take into account their health and social conditions.
