|a هدف البحث إلى تطوير كفايات الإدارة الإلكترونية لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية في لواء بني عبيد لتحقيق أهداف الإدارة المدرسية، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي، وتم تطبيق الاستبانة على جميع المديرين والمديرين المساعدين بالمدارس الثانوية في لواء بني عبيد بالمحافظة إربد في الأردن والبالغ عددهم (٥٦) مديرا ومديرا مساعدا، وانتهى البحث إلى عدة مقترحات لتطوير كفايات الإدارة الإلكترونية لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية في لواء بني عبيد لتحقيق أهداف الإدارة المدرسية، أبرزها: تطبيق نظام المعلومات الإلكترونية، توثيق المراسلات الإلكترونية لاسترجاعها في أي وقت بسهولة ويسر، تنظيم الوثائق التي تحتوي على بيانات بشكل مفصل، توثيق الاجتماعات الداخلية إلكترونيا المتابعة، عمل ملف إلكتروني للطالب والمعلم، تنظيم المحتوى المعلوماتي وحفظه بأمان، التحقق من مدى صحة البيانات وتراعي توثيقها إلكترونيا، استخدام البريد الإلكتروني لتبادل المعلومات، تشجيع العاملين بالمدرسة على مواكبة التطورات التكنولوجية المتسارعة، توفير دورات تدريبية للعاملين بالمدرسة عن الإدارة الإلكترونية الحديثة، تدريب العاملين على كل استحداث تقنيات جديدة، الاحتفاظ بالموارد البشرية المتميزة في مجال العمل الإلكتروني، توفير نظام للحوافز لتشجيع العاملين على تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية.
|b The research aimed to develop electronic management competencies among secondary school principals in the Bani Ubaid District to achieve the goals of school administration. The research used the descriptive approach, and the questionnaire was applied to all principals and assistant principals in secondary schools in the Bani Ubaid District in Irbid Governorate in Jordan, who numbered (56) principals. As an assistant director, the research concluded with several proposals to develop the electronic management competencies of secondary school principals in the Bani Ubaid District to achieve the goals of school administration, the most prominent of which are: implementing the electronic information system, documenting electronic correspondence to retrieve it at any time easily and conveniently, organizing documents that contain data in a detailed manner. Documenting internal meetings electronically, following up, creating an electronic file for the student and teacher, organizing the information content and keeping it securely, verifying the validity of the data and ensuring it is documented electronically, using e-mail to exchange information, encouraging school staff to keep pace with rapid technological developments, providing training courses for school staff on management. Modern electronic technology, training workers on all new technologies, retaining distinguished human resources in the field of electronic work, and providing an incentive system to encourage workers to apply electronic management.
