المستخلص: راج مؤخرا التدخين الإلكتروني ورغب فيه تحت شعارات براقة تلامس مشاعر المهتمين، فتارة يقال إنه البديل الصحي الذي لا يؤثر سلبا على عائلتك وجلسائك لا سيما الأطفال، وتارة يقال أنه المنتج الذي يقر استخدامه في الأماكن العامة بلا قيد صحي لكونه ليس ذا رائحة، وغير ذلك مما سوغ استخدامه وأشاع ذكره، واستهدف هذا الترويج كافة أفراد المجتمع رجالا ونساء، كبارا وصغارا، وعبر جميع وسائل الإعلام المقروءة والمسموعة والمرئية، وعرض المدخن إلكترونيا كنموذج الشخصية المميزة والعصرية، حتـى غــدا هـذا الـنــوع مــن التدخين في نظر الراغبين وخاصة الشباب الثمرة التي أحلت لهم، وقد تضمن البحث بيان حقيقة التدخين الإلكتروني والفرق بينه وبين التدخين التقليدي وحكمه ومضاره. مشكلات البحث وتساؤلاته: ١. هل ثمة فرق بين التدخين التقليدي والتدخين الإلكتروني؟ 2. هل التدخين الإلكتروني سبيلا لعلاج مدمن التدخين التقليدي بكونه أخف ضررا؟ أو هما في الضرر سواء؟ 3. ما حكم التدخين الإلكتروني؟ أبرز نتائج البحث: 1. أن حقيقة التدخين الإلكتروني هو التدخين عن طريق أجهزة إلكترونية راجت كبديل للتدخين التقليدي، ويدخل النيكوتين في تصنيعها دخولا أوليا وتسبب الإدمان. 2. أن مادة النيكوتين مادة سامة وقاتلة لاسيما أن أخذت بجرعات عالية، وضررها ثابت ومحقق. 3. بين التدخين الإلكتروني والتدخين التقليدي شبه واختلاف، لكن أوجه الشبه أكثر وأظهر.

Recently, electronic smoking is spread out with glamorous slogans, which positively affecting on the interests of smokers. Sometimes, it is said that it considers as a health alternative, which doesn`t affect negatively on your family and colleagues, especially the children. Sometimes, it is said that the electronic smoking is allowed in the public locations without health restrictions, due to that there is no smell and for other reasons. This promotion target all individuals of society whether men or women, and via all visual or reading social media and the E- smoker was shown as a modern and excellent character until this type of smoking was spread everywhere, especially among the youth whom desiring to smoke. This paper includes stating the facts of E- smoking and the difference between this type of smoking and the traditional smoking, legal rulings, and risks. Problems and Questions of Paper 1. Is there any difference between the traditional smoking and electronic smoking? 2. Is E- Smoking as mean to treat the smokers of traditional smoking, seen to as less dangerous? or both having the similar risks? The Most Important Findings: 1. The fact of E- smoking is the smoking throughout electronic devices, which is spread out, as the alternative for the traditional smoking and nicotine shall preliminary enter on its manufacturing and causing the addiction. 2. Nicotine is toxin and fatal, especially if takes with highest doses, and its risk is confirmed and verified. 3. There are similarities and differences between traditional and E-smoking, but the aspects of similarity are more apparent. 4. The forbidden rule of E- Smoking is the most approved with the sharia orientations, which prepared to maintain the five necessities, which including self and money, and showing to overcome the risk and it must be prevented as much as possible to do so.
