المستخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تطوير نموذج قبول التكنولوجيا (TAM)؛ لتحديد المتغيرات التي تؤثر على نية عضو هيئة التدريس (بجامعة بيشة) في استخدام نظام (البلاك بورد) في التدريب الإلكتروني. كما أنها قد سعت إلى التعرف على مدى قبول أعضاء هيئة التدريس (بجامعة بيشة) لنظام (البلاك بورد) في التدريب الإلكتروني، وكذلك الكشف عن الفروق بين الجنسين والخبرة، والدرجة العلمية فيما يتعلق باستخدام نظام (البلاك بورد) في التدريب، ولتحقيق تلك الأهداف اعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي؛ للتعرف على آراء عينة مكونة من (۱۱۲) عضو هيئة تدريس في (جامعة بيشة). وقد طور الباحث نموذج قبول التكنولوجيا (TAM) بحيث يتكون من (٢٦) فقرة موزعة على خمسة محاور رئيسة. وقد أوضحت نتائج الدراسة صلاحية نموذج قبول التكنولوجيا (TAM) المقترح كأساس نظري يمكن أن يساعد في فهم، وتوضيح اتجاهات أعضاء هيئة التدريس نحو استخدام (البلاك بورد) في التدريب الإلكتروني، حيث أظهرت النتائج أن لكل من سهولة استخدام التكنولوجيا، والاستفادة المدركة؛ تأثير إيجابي على الاتجاهات، وأن اتجاهات أعضاء هيئة التدريس كان لها تأثير واضح على فاعلية التكنولوجيا والتي بدورها أثرت على مستوى الاستخدام. كما أشارت النتائج إلى أن نموذج قبول التكنولوجيا المقترح يمكن أن يكون حيويا؛ للتقصي عن فاعلية تطبيق التكنولوجيا. كما أظهرت النتائج أن (رضا المستخدمين له تأثير كبير على نوايا الاستخدام) وأن (فوائد النظام المتوقعة وسهولة الاستخدام لهما أثر كبير على رضا المستخدمين). وفي ضوء النتائج فقد توصلت الدراسة إلى توصيات عديدة منها: التأكيد على أهمية توافر عامل سهولة الاستخدام عند العمل على تصميم وتطبيق وتشغيل أي نظام من نظم التدريب الإلكتروني، وتحسين واجهة مستخدم نظام (البلاك بورد)، وتوفير أدوات مساعدة لشرحها، وإنشاء محتوى تعليمي يوضح كيفية استخدام النظام.

This study aims to develop the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to identify the variables that influence the intention of faculty members at the University of Bisha to use the Blackboard system in e-training. It also seeks to explore the extent to which faculty members at the University of Bisha accept the Blackboard system in e-training, as well as to reveal differences related to gender, experience, and academic degree regarding the use of the Blackboard system in training. To achieve these objectives, the researcher relied on the descriptive-analytical method to understand the opinions of a sample consisting of 112 faculty members at the University of Bisha. The researcher developed the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), which consists of 26 items distributed across five main dimensions. The results of the study demonstrated the validity of the proposed Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) as a theoretical foundation that can help in understanding and clarifying faculty members' attitudes toward the use of Blackboard in e-training. The results indicated that both the perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness of technology had a positive impact on attitudes, and that the attitudes of faculty members had a clear influence on the effectiveness of the technology, which, in turn, affected the level of use. The results also indicated that the proposed Technology Acceptance Model could be essential for investigating the effectiveness of technology implementation. Furthermore, the results showed that user satisfaction had a significant impact on usage intentions, and that the expected benefits of the system and ease of use had a substantial effect on user satisfaction. In light of these findings, the study provided several recommendations, including emphasizing the importance of ease of use when designing, implementing, and operating any e-training system, improving the user interface of the Blackboard system, providing tools to explain it, and creating educational content that demonstrates how to use the system.
