المستخلص: وتتلخص فكرة البحث في دراسة الوقوف الفرشية التي نص عليها الإمام الشاطبي في منظومته، وبيان مذاهب علماء الوقف فيها اتفاقا واختلافا. واحتوى البحث على مقدمة فيها أهمية البحث وأسباب اختياره، وأهدافه، ومنهجه، والدراسات السابقة، والخطة الهيكلية، ثم التمهيد وفيه تعريف مختصر بالإمام الشاطبي ومنظومته حرز الأماني، ثم عناية الإمام الشاطبي بالوقف والابتداء في منظومته، ثم المبحث الأول واشتمل على تعريف بعلم الوقف والابتداء وعلاقته بالقراءات بينما تناول المبحث الثاني: الوقوف الفرشية في منظومة الشاطبي، وأقوال علماء الوقف فيها اتفاقا واختلافا، ثم الخاتمة: واحتوت على أهم النتائج والتوصيات، ثم ثبت المصادر والمراجع. وتأتي أهمية البحث في تعلقه بكتاب الله عز وجل، وبيان أثره في تدبر آياته، ولاتصاله أيضا بأبرز علوم القرآن، علم القراءات وعلم الوقف والابتداء، وتزداد أهميته بسبب المكانة العلمية التي تبوأها الإمام الشاطبي، وشهرة قصيدته بين طلاب العلم. وهدف البحث إلى إبراز الصلة الوثيقة بين مسائل علم القراءات وعلم الوقف والابتداء وأثر كل منهما على الآخر، وإظهار أقوال علماء الوقف والابتداء في دراسة الوقوف الفرشية وبيان مذاهبهم فيها اتفاقا واختلافا. وخلص البحث إلى النتائج والتوصيات الآتية: أما أهم النتائج فكان منها: - عدم التزام الشاطبي بإيراد جميع الوقوف الفرشية في منظومته، بل اقتصر منها على ثلاثة مواضع. - موافقة علماء الوقف والابتداء لرأي الشاطبي غالبا، ومخالفتهم له نادرا. - اعتناء الشاطبي بأحكام الابتداء كعنايته بأحكام الوقف، إذ كل منهما متعلق بالآخر. وأما التوصيات فهي: التوصية بجمع ودراسة أقوال شراح الشاطبية في الوقوف الفرشية غير المنصوص عليها عند الشاطبي والمقارنة بينها.

The research focuses on examining the specific pauses (al-Wuquf al-Farshiyya) mentioned by Imam Al-Shatibi in his poetic work "Hirz al-Amani," and presenting the different viewpoints of scholars regarding these pauses, including points of agreement and disagreement. The study aims to emphasize the close relationship between the science of Qira'at and the science of waqf and ibtida', and to showcase the opinions of scholars on the specific pauses, clarifying their agreements and differences. The research concludes with the following key findings and recommendations: Key Findings: - Al-Shatibi did not include all the specific pauses in his poem, limiting them to three instances. - Scholars of waqf and ibtida' generally agreed with Al-Shatibi's views, with rare exceptions. - Al-Shatibi gave equal importance to the rules of starting (ibtida') as he did to the rules of stopping (waqf), recognizing the interrelation between the two. Recommendations: - Further research is recommended to compile and study the views of Al-Shatibi’s commentators on the specific pauses not explicitly mentioned by him, and to compare these views.
