المستخلص: الهدف الرئيسي من هذا البحث هو بيان مكانة الحافظ أبي جعفر الطحاوي في علم الجرح والتعديل ردا على اتهام البعض له بأن علم الحديث لم يكن من صنعته، وقد احتوى هذا البحث على مبحثين وخاتمة، ذكرت في المبحث الأول ترجمة موجزة له، وبيان مكانته عند علماء الجرح والتعديل، وتناولت في المبحث الثاني أقواله في الرجال جرحا وتعديلا مع مقارنتها بأقوال علماء الجرح والتعديل، وقد ظهر لي من خلال هذا البحث أن الإمام أبا جعفر الطحاوي كان دقيقا معتدلا في أحكامه على الرواة، كما ظهر لي من خلال هذا البحث أن جل ألفاظه في الجرح والتعديل لا تخرج عن مراتب الجرح والتعديل التي وضعها علماء الجرح والتعديل في المصنفات الحديثية، وهذا دليل على سعة علمه بالرواة، واعتماد الأئمة لقوله فيهم. وكان من نتائج البحث ما يلي: - دقة أحكام الحافظ الطحاوي على الرجال جرحا وتعديلا، عدا مخالفته لجمهور النقاد في بعض أحكامه على بعض الرواة، وهذا أمر لا يسلم منه إمام من أئمة هذا الشأن. - عدد الرواة الذين عدلهم وجرحهم الحافظ الطحاوي بعد الاستقراء والتتبع مائة واثنان وعشرون راويا. - استخدام الحافظ الطحاوي رحمه الله لعبارات من المرتبة الأولى من مراتب التعديل عند الحافظ ابن حجر، التي تدل على المبالغة في التعديل، كقوله: فلان أثبت من فلان وأحفظ، أثبت الناس في فلان.. إلخ. - إطلاق الحافظ الطحاوي رحمه الله عبارة: (محمود في روايته)، أو: (محمود الرواية) على الثقة والصدوق. - إطلاق الحافظ الطحاوي رحمه الله لفظ: (ثبت) على الصحابة والتابعين. - إطلاق الحافظ الطحاوي رحمه الله لفظ: (حجة) على الثقة والصدوق، وغير ذلك.

The main objective of this research is to clarify the status of Hafiz Abu Jafar al-tahawi in the science of wound and modification in response to some accusing him that the science of Hadith was not of his making, and this research contained two researchers and a conclusion, in the first paper I mentioned a brief translation of him, and to indicate his status among the scholars of wound and modification, and in the second paper I dealt with his sayings in men wounded and modified with comparison with the sayings of the scholars of wound and modification, and it appeared to me through this research that Imam Abu Jafar al-tahawi was moderately accurate in his judgments on narrators, It also appeared to me through this research that most of his words in wound and modification do not deviate from the ranks of wound and modification set by the scholars of wound and modification in Hadith works , and this is evidence of the breadth of his knowledge of narrators, and the adoption of Imams to say in them. Among the results of the research were the following: - The accuracy of Hafiz al-tahawi's rulings on men being wounded and modified, except that he contradicts the public of critics in some of his rulings on some narrators, and this is something that one of the imams of this matter is not safe from. - The number of narrators who were amended and injured by Hafiz tahawi after induction and tracking is one hundred and twenty-two narrators. - Al-Hafiz al-tahawi (may Allah have mercy on him) used phrases from the first rank of the ranks of modification at Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar, which indicate exaggeration in modification, as he said: so long as it is proven from so long and saved, people proved in so long 00 etc. - Hafiz al-tahawi, may Allah have mercy on him, used the phrase: (Mahmoud in his novel), or: (Mahmoud in the novel) on trust and honesty. - The release of the Hafiz tahawi (may Allah have mercy on him) pronounced: (proven) on the companions and followers. - The release of Hafiz tahawi, may Allah have mercy on him, pronounced: (argument) on trust and truthfulness, and so on.
