المستخلص: يقف هذا البحث وقفة متأنية مع وصية جليلة القدر عظيمة الشأن خرجت من فِيِّ رجل من المعمرين الذين عركوا الحياة وخبروا حالها، وعاشوا خيرها وشرها، وذاقوا حلوها ومرها مما كوَّن عنده ثروة معرفية ضخمة أهَّلته ليكون قائد أهله وواعظهم وحاديهم إلى كل ما يضمن لهم العزة والرفعة والرقي. جاءت هذه الوصية لتعبر صراحة عما يمتلكه الإنسان العربي من أخلاق حميدة وصفات نبيلة.. ساق أكثم بن صيفي لأهله في وصيته هذه الأمر بمكارم الأخلاق، وضرورة التروي والمشاورة قبل الإقدام على أي فعل، وحذرهم من العجلة والحسد والطمع، وتقديم المال على العرض، وكل هذه القيم التربوية جاء الإسلام فأكد عليها ورغَّب فيها، فالوصية إذن متوافقة مع الفطرة السليمة التي فطر الله تعالى عباده عليها. كل هذا ساقه أكثم في أسلوب خلاب قوي، ضمنه كثيرا من المعاني التربوية السامية في ثوب بلاغي بديع كان له أبرز الأثر في إبراز المعنى المراد؛ فانتقى من الكلمات ما يناسب المقام، وكوَّن منها سبائك تشهد له بالبراعة والإحكام في صناعة البيان؛ مما جعل هذه الوصية جديرة بالتمحيص والدراسة؛ لإبراز الدور المهم للبلاغة العربية وأثرها الفعال في تأدية المراد عند هؤلاء القوم الذين عُرفوا بالبلاغة، ونزل الذكر الحكيم متحديا لهم. وقد انتظم البحث في مقدمة عرَّفت فيها بالبحث وأهميته ومنهجه وخطته، وتمهيد عرفت فيه بالوصية وذكرت أنواعها، ثم عرفت بأكثم بن صيفي، وثلاثة مطالب: المطلب الأول بلاغة التعبير عن معاني الخوف على أهله في وصيته، والمطلب الثاني: بلاغة التعبير عن معاني السمو والرفعة في وصيته، الثالث: السمات العامة في الوصية، ثم خاتمة البحث ومراجعه.

Lecturer of This research stands and pause carefully with the commandment of great destiny came out of the man of the centenarians who knew life and experienced its condition, and lived good and evil, and tasted sweet and bitter, which made him have a huge wealth of knowledge qualified him to be the leader of his family and preacher and Hadihm to everything that guarantees them pride and elevation and sophistication. This commandment came to express explicitly the good morals and noble qualities of the Arab person. Aktham bin Saifi gave his family in his will this matter with good morals, and the need for deliberation and consultation before taking any action, and warned them of haste, envy and greed, and to provide money on offer, and all these educational values Islam came to confirm and desire, so the commandment is compatible with common sense that Allah Almighty has instilled his servants on . All this was done by Aktham in a strong picturesque style, which included many sublime educational meanings in a wonderful rhetorical dress that had the most prominent impact in highlighting the intended meaning, so he selected from the words what suits the maqam, and the fact that they are alloys that testify to him with ingenuity and precision in the manufacture of the statement, which made this commandment worthy of scrutiny and study, to highlight the important role of Arabic rhetoric and its effective impact on performing what is meant by these people who were known for rhetoric, and the wise male came down challenging them. The research was organized in an introduction in which I knew the research, its importance, methodology and plan, and a preamble in which it was known as the will and mentioned its types, then known as Aktham bin Saifi, and three demands: the first requirement is the eloquence of expressing the meanings of fear for his family in his will, and the second requirement: the eloquence of expressing the meanings of transcendence and elevation in his will, the third: the general features in the will, then the conclusion of the research and its references.
