المستخلص: يعمد المحتل الإسرائيلي منذ وطئت قدماه أرض المسرى إلى إحداث أمور تحول بن المرء ويبين إجراء عبادته بالشكل المعتاد؛ فأحدث أمورا لها تأثير على أداء العبادة، بشكل عام، والطهارة بشكل خاص؛ كمنع الماء عن المواطنين، أو حصرهم تحت الأنقاض المهدمة، مما يحرمهم إمكانية الوضوء أو الاغتسال، أو حتى دون ذلك في بعض الأحيان. فجاءت هذه الدراسة المعنونة بـ: (نوازل الطهارة في ظل اعتداءات الاحتلال-مسائل في التيمم والاستنجاء) لتبين المقصود بنوازل الطهارة، والتيمم، والحالات التي يصار فيها إلى التيمم، مع ذكر بعض المسائل التي يتعرض لها الفلسطينيون مما يخص الدراسة؛ كمسألة حكم التيمم لمن حصر تحت الهدم، وكيفية التطهر من الحدث الأكبر أو الأصغر للمصاب الذي يؤذيه استخدام الماء. وتبرز أهمية الدراسة في توضيحها للحكم الشرعي لتلك النوازل، إذ لا تكاد تخلو منطقة في الوطن الحبيب إلا ويتعرض أهلها لمثلها، خاصة في غزة الغراء. وقد انتهج الباحثان المنهج الوصفي؛ متتبعين آراء العلماء في أصول المسائل السابقة، وأدلتهم، ثم تحليلها، والترجيح بينها؛ للوصول إلى نتائج الدراسة، ومن أبرزها: جواز الانتقال إلى التيمم بدل الوضوء أو الاغتسال لمن حصر تحت الهدم، أو في الأنفاق، في حال شح المياه، أو عدم الاستطاعة من استعماله، وكذلك المصاب الذي يؤذيه استخدام الماء. الحرص على أداء الصلاة على وقتها، وعدم التذرع بشح المياه إذ يمكن التيمم للحدثين، واستخدام الحجارة أو الورق للاستنجاء، وكذلك الحرص على القيام بالطهارة قدر الإمكان.

Since the Israeli occupier set foot on the sacred land, it has sought to create obstacles that prevent people from performing their religious rituals as usual, so it has continually sought to impose restrictions on its inhabitants and disrupt their lives. These measures have had a clear impact on the ability to perform religious practices, especially with regard to cleanliness, such as preventing access to water for citizens, trapping them under rubble, which deprives them of the ability to perform ablution or purification, and sometimes even more basic forms of cleanliness. This study, titled "Issues of Purity Under Occupation Assaults- Matters of Tayammum and Cleansing", aims to clarify the concept of purity-related issues, the practice of dry ablution (tayammum), and the circumstances that necessitate tayammum. It also addresses certain issues faced by Palestinians that are relevant to the study, such as the ruling on tayammum for someone trapped under rubble and the methods of purifying oneself from major or minor ritual impurities when the use of water is harmful. The importance of the study lies in its clarification of the Islamic rulings concerning these issues, as almost no region in the beloved homeland is free from such situations, particularly in Gaza. The researchers adopted a descriptive approach, tracing scholars' opinions on the fundamental issues, analyzing the evidence, and weighing them to reach the study's conclusions. Among the key findings are the permissibility of resorting to tayammum instead of ablution or purification for those trapped under rubble or in tunnels when water is scarce or cannot be used, as well as for the injured who would be harmed by using water. Emphasis is placed on performing prayer on time and not using water scarcity as an excuse, as tayammum can be performed for both major and minor ritual impurities. Stones or paper can also be used for cleansing, and efforts should be made to maintain cleanliness to the best of one's ability.
