المستخلص: قامت هذه الدراسة على مقدمة ومبحثين نظري وتطبيقي، وخاتمة، عرض الباحث في المقدمة أهمية دراسة الغريب موضحًا معنى (أغرب الغريب)، وهو وصف أطلقه على سؤالات الصحابة اللغوية للنبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ويقصد به ما كان غريباً على الصحابة من أصل وضعه، وليس غريباً بسبب تعاقب الأجيال كما هو الحال في ألفاظ غريب الحديث. وأورد أسئلة الدراسة ومشكلاتها، والمنهج الذي اتبعه، وطريقة التحليل لهذه الألفاظ، وتناول الباحث في المبحث الأول مصطلح غريب الحديث، وبين معناه، ومعنى أغرب الغريب وأسبابه، كما تناول في المبحث الثاني مجموعة من الألفاظ المسؤول عنها، وحللها تحليلاً لغوياً دلاليًا يهدف من ورائه إلى معرفة سبب الغرابة فيها. ثم أورد في نهاية دراسته خاتمة فيها بعض نتائج الدراسة، منها: أن أسباب أغرب الغريب التي توصل إليها هي: التطور الدلالي للمفردة في الإسلام، وكذلك المعنى المجازي، والسياق غير اللغوي، والعجمة، واختلاف لهجات القبائل، وغيرها من الظواهر الصوتية والصرفية، وأوصى الباحث بالعناية بالألفاظ الغريبة في الحديث النبوي ودراسة تطوّرها التاريخي من قبل عصر النبوة حتى يومنا هذا مما يسهم في دعم المعجم التاريخي للغة العربية.

This study consists of an introduction, two main sections- theoretical and applied-and a conclusion. In the introduction, the researcher highlights the significance of examining the concept of “Al-Ghareeb" (strange) and specifically delves into the meaning of “Aghrab Al-Ghareeb" (the strangest of the strange), a term used to describe linguistic queries directed towards the Prophet by his com-panions that were perceived as strange due to their origin, rather than changes in language over time, as is the case with “Ghareeb Al-Hadith" (strange Hadith). The study presents the research questions, problems, methodology, and analysis of these terms. In the first section, the researcher examines the term <Ghareeb Al-Hadith", its meaning, and its reasons. Moreover, the researcher delves into the meaning of “Agharbu Al-Ghareeb" and its under-lying reasons. In the second section, the researcher analyses ten linguistic expressions associated with “Ghareeb Al-Hadith" by conducting a semantic and pragmatic analysis aimed at uncovering the reasons for their strangeness. The study concludes with several findings, including that the reasons for “Agharbu Al-Ghareeb" include the semantic development of the terms in Islam, figurative meaning, non-linguistic context, foreign words that do not conform to Arabic grammatical rules, differences in dialects of tribes, and other phonetic and morphological phenomena. The researcher recommends that attention be given to the strange linguistic expressions in Hadith, including their historical development from the time of prophecy until the present, to contribute to the historical lexicon of the Arabic language.
